Tasting Laughton Brothers 3 year old Bourbon - Quincy Street Distillery

We take another look at our trip to Riverside Illinois and Quincy Street Distillery. This time Derrick Mancini is guiding Jeff through a tasting of his 3 year old Laughton Brothers Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Same mash bill as the 2 year old, only, it's 1 year older. Oh what a difference a year in the barrel can make.
