Man y'all crazy! 🤪 In a good way!! 😄 I think that piano should become a permanent fixture sold with the house! 🤣🙏 What other crazy moves have y'all done! 😅 👏👏👏❤️
😱 my good Lord!
My heart is pounding and I feel exhausted just by watching this video! 😅
If you think movers are expensive, think twice! It’s hard work!
I gave my movers extra $ and they didn’t have to move any piano! lol
Great job guys! I hope they understood about the wall damage.
👏👏👏👏👏
Beast Mode!... I have moved 6 times in the past ~10yrs with moving help for only two of those moves... 3 of those moves cross country. After my last 3rd floor move, I am certain that I am NEVER going to own a piano. I just bought a house and the previous owners left a pool table (excellent condition) in the basement... I am betting that they just didn't want to move it up stairs.
I’m a mover and I don’t know what it is with people having pianos and other pain in the ass furniture in the dumbest of places. Those split level staircases and narrow walls are a mover’s biggest nightmare haha
Brook Johnson, pain in the ass is not the furniture, but the stupid piano owners-the ugly couple.
@@Diegocurt73 hahahaha I’ll leave it for you !!
This damn spiral staircases LOL
@@Diegocurt73 have you ever moved to piano like that? I have and it's no easy task. Mine was a baby grand. The only thing that made it worth it is all three of us got $150 tip each.
I coordinate the office of a moving company in Italy. We just don't accept this kind of job. There is no legal way to carry that load upstairs with turning stairs.
In Italy a mover can carry up tu 25 kg and not more. No way you can do that.
So we just don't.
Gotta give it to them a flawless piano move.....however what a prick customer wanted a piano upstairs 😁🥒😁
Yes honey want it back downstair now. Lol!
Hope you charged the bitch double, they think all removalist are slaves, why the hell upstairs in a house.
The whole floor shook violently did you see from the weight if that was a ton the floor will be gone everything under it will get crushed and it will be very terrifying.
@@wardenwilson4413 great eye wow
Hope that piano don't fall through the second floor lol. Seen it happen
That was impressive 👏, I hope you guys got paid well. Those pianos aren't no joke. You guys made it look easy.
Respect to both you. You got some great ideas for getting stuff out. Manni is an absolute beast to get that thing up one step but he pushed way beyond that
I keep coming back to this video, it is the most impressive move on your channel. My moving company would never attempt this piano move... way to hard, I would rather leave it to guys like rescue movers!! 😊💪💪💪
I returned my escalara stair climbing dolly because it was WAY to HEAVY!! It was like 200lbs. I traded it in for an automatic hand truck stair climbing dolly instead from hand trucks to go. It wieghs 60lbs with 500lbs capacity. I love it but I don't think it could handle a piano. You guys ready did a great job! Props for showing the damages along the way and not hiding that.
I'm 32 weight 71kg and other guys 45 and weight 85 kg from 1 floor up to 2 fluor up I was untrain and alcohol I lifting piano 250kg or more I didn't have issue to lifting both european had problem
@@maddoxshadybig5340 I would much rather not be able to lift a piano than be an alcoholic
@@amireftekhari6513 haha well said ,I agree
You guys are great. Definitely a great inspiration for my moving company.
Damn people joke about getting killed by a piano falling on them but I totally get how that could happen!
We are fellow-professional movers and we wanted to take the time to say thank you for the great video
😂😂
😂
P.S. That wall had it coming!
Yes it did 🤣
Superb job! The planning was perfect!
You guys are amazing!!
Impressive work!
Great job guys!!!
You guys are the real deal
i wouldn't even be mad if the movers made a hole in my wall with such an absurd move, you guys are beasts!
Damn, that was impressive even with the damage to the wall. I was tense as shit watching the whole thing.
I cannot think of a more impressive move. You rocked it guys. I hope your hernias heal soon -Dan-
These guy are amazing! Big G’s!
why piano need to be upstairs?
You guys rock!
what a great video good work dudes
You guys are real lion's..I have tried to move an upright piano with two different sets of four muscle gym going men over 6ft tall twice and failed lol ..all you need is a weakest link, or a pessimist lol , we just could not get it round one landing ..gave up ..piano still in hallway and thinking of breaking it up and scrapping it now. well done guys.
The pessimist are quite annoying!
i've moved chit my entire life .. props to these gentlemen
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 much respect
You guys are great movers my respect that looked like a really tight turn
Tore that place up!!! Crap job.
give me the address of this house so i no not to move them when they relocate again. lol
Very impressed
I have been a mover/driver/packer for over 25 years. I would have politely declined that job. They certainly could have used extra help. The main thing is there is no way to get that piano up without some damage. That turn in the landing was the main problem for me.
What's the best advice for the new guys after 25 years?
Take the wheels off and the lid off the piano will slide up by itself the bottom is flat
They did it right by having it on its side on the landing but putting all the pressure on that overhanging lid and hingepins
Keep it on its side lift to the 2-3rd stair and tilt it back on its bottom and slide up
Is a tight turn no doubt but not something I would run away from
@Nik G idk man a lot of those wheels don't just come off and neither do the lips. You might need to take the whole back off for that lip and the wheels sometimes are nails into the wood. I work for a restoration company and see stuff like that all the time
Ya I’ve been moving professionally for 9 years. Move military family’s. Flipping pianos up like that could cause issues with the mechanics of the piece also also scratch the wall.
Mamma Mia! BEAST MODE!
Amazing
im exhausted after watching this i need a break
i did lift a digital piano with two others people up to two floors and it's really exhausting, those guys are so strong
Finally! Some guys who know what an upright piano is.
Nice work boys. The only thing you forget to mention is you need to be strong. Not just anyone can do this. Using the shoulder dolly to work that corner is not easy.
That was a crazy move ... the guys are pretty strong though, but very lucky. You pull your back on that silly job ... its over. I would give the owners this advise: Sell the upright grand, and get a smaller spinet piano for the 2nd floor. The escalera was almost useless! Manni needs to visit the Gym more often Lol ... he did great!
I hope Manny is not getting paid by the hour lol. That piano is a beast, so is Manny.
Sammy M, the piano owner is the ugly beast!
seems impossible, amazing job. shame on the owners for asking anyone to do that though
I like that dolly, where did you get it?
I have been moving pianos for 30 years and the comment of the keys facing the turn is correct.
Also if the guy on the bottom lifted his side higher to keep piano level to the guy on top it wouldn`t have hit the wall,
Good work though
those sun glasses are dope !!!!! LOL
14:33 I held my breath watching this part.
Great job! But you should have asked the customer if they were out of their F'ing mind to go upstairs with that!!!😜
As a 13 plus year mover, good job fellas, but your higher ups should have sent more guys to prevent the wall damage and save everyones backs.
Why would these idiot customers want that thing upstairs. Good job guys!
I've moved multiple grand pianos downstairs (and up) from 2nd floors to 3rd floors...its a nightmare lol. Uprights can get pretty heavy too. Should be a rule that all pianos stay on ground level :)
Those people are from Mars.
Your assistant has you going in circles...literally
Nice. Please show the part when the two guys tell the owner that the wall on the stairs is messed up ... ha ha ....
Respect
I applied you guys that was a tough move
Do you guys still use this piano or it's just decoration I'm curious ? The chords inside didn't come undone at all after tilting in vertical ? Nice diablo 🤘😉
Ala Madre Bro 😱😱
I am exhausted watching this video need a beer.
I need to know if that's a Steinway going up to switchback
brawo !
hi can you help me where to get the appliance Dolly im in uk Scotland thank you
Crazy customer !!
We charged a customer close to 1k to move a similar piano from the basement of one townhouse to the Mid level in another townhouse. Humbling experience lol
Well done lads but you have made it easier for yourselves if youd dismantled it. Makes for better gripping and lighter
I'm getting a hernia just watching this 💀
The piano would look great not upstairs 😂
Props for getting it up there, I hope you made bank because F all that.
That's crazy ! 🤪
Hermano que dificil es verda con los trabajadores verda?
mission impossible 👏
Manni iso todo el trabajo
Homie how much did you charge?
Who pays for the hole in the wall? How is that handled?
Hercules! Hercules!
No carpet shield or protection on the banister or handrails or masonite on the hardwood floors? Forearm forklifts and straps. I wouldn't use the stairclimber. Stairclimber is for fire files and safes.
It's definitely going to be a two-step deadlift when you hit that turn
wow!
And it's not even a nice Piano, you guys are great. Hope they paid top dollar.
Was it worth it, how about all those scratches and hole on the wall? Maybe ? Don’t you think should have used shoulder strap from the beginning? Stay safe, guys good work.
damn y’all fucked that wall up
😂😂 but overall good job that was a heavy piece 🙏🏼
Lol
Same thing happened to us moving a Baby Grand Piano Upstairs... the upright pianos are easy
Keyboard for upstairs perhaps??
Shoot I have the same shorts 😂 they're great for work because they're light weight and breathable. I may have to move a player piano and a pump organ but I truly don't want to.
không nước nào chuyển Piano hay bằng thợ chuyển piano Việt Nam
I would have applied a rental fee for a SUMNER 783700 2010 MATERIAL LIFT (10'/1000 LBS.) depending however on that beam on top but there would have been no killing yourself and 0 damage.
That pessimist might have saved somebody back from blowing out.
I own a piano and I leave it on the first floor wild
omg your poor backs ,so much for stair climber machine thanks for showing its limitations
Sailed across the ocean
Put a man on the moon
Carried a piano upstairs
Long time ago I was on top of one of those pianos with a sledgehammer ready to bust it and the owner asked my brother WTF is that guy doing, and my brother told me to wait, and they had a confusion, at the last minute the owner told the wrong guy that the piano was to be moved to another place not the junk place. So he thought he was going to fool us so my brother told him that it was not going to be included in the original price that it was going to be more money but we were not bonded for moving such items so when the owner got an estimate to move it he told me "ok go ahead" (demolish it)😂 Those has a huge cast iron plate that's the mf that makes these pianos super heavy.
Great job but I don't think the 4 wheeler was needed on the turn. Straps were. On something like that I always tell the customer that we are not responsible for any damage to the wall or piano while going up the stairs.
A League of Extraordinary Movers, you should have said “not responsible for piano owner’s life if the piano drop on them”.
@@stephenlo739 Maybe, but the main thing is to be sure that they are far from the impact zone. They have to be around to collect my pay.
No mames ese trabajo minimo era d 3 pobre mani va estar bien puteado anyways very impressive getting that big piano with that tight turn with just 2 guys I would cancel the job I be like sorry but the piano it is too heavy and big to get it upstairs lol
Too Dangerous!
Strength and conditioning specialist
how many pounds?
Only different thing I would do is stand the piano up the other way, so the L shape was facing in towards the turn...would have given more room to turn and may have avoided the knicks and scratches. Great job though!
You are wrong sir
RUBBISH
@@MagicPianos ok, well you do it whatever way you want to...I've been in the business for over 15 years and we're working on a 52 5 star review streak..in our last 100 only one 4...maybe I'm lucky
@@bryanbrozy4477 ive been moving them professionally 35 years, only used basic equipment. Taking them to bits, keybed out etc would not require a machine and greatly reduce the risk of damage
@@MagicPianos at the end of the day there are many ways to move large items upstairs with a tight turn.. personally I won't mess with pianos if this is the situation...i don't need to take the risk..I'm old school as well. I don't see the need for a 5,000.00 dolly to move furniture, it's kind of a novelty which is why I watched this video.
The whole objective as you know is to cause 0 damage to the piece or customers home...having to go back to a home to make repairs sucks and the customer is never happy when it happens. I'm in Chicago, where you at?
So who's liable for the damage to the wall? I'm assuming you had her sign a release of liability form? You guys are beasts!
When moving large bulky items like that; always get a release of liability.
so much for my 75 dollar piano....that dolly is worth more than my pickup
Fuck between 2 guys that must've been hard as fuck. It took 7 guys to move this one piano at my last moving job
Hope that lady gave you a big gratuity.
I work for a moving company one of the best and for no money will any of our employees take something that heavy upstairs especially a stairs are turned like that customers can hire Somone els after we drop off the load
LMAO the stair wall is literally moving 15:15
Should've took the railing out but good job none the less
Poor Manni 😂
those small pianos are heavy,
Me duele la espalda mirando esto la neta deporsi estoy madreado
Great attempt guys. Escalera should have never been used, it took too much space to make that turn. Secondly, once using the straps that 4 wheeler should have not been lifted with the piano it just got on the way, reason that hole was made on the wall. Shoulder dolly could have been used to lift it up to at least the first step on the second flight of steps to easily maneuver it then tilt it normally. If takes to do it step by step by all means do it, to prevent damages or even worse serious injuries to a fellow mover. Keep it up tho 👍
Yeah I was really worried about Manny on the bottom getting crushed bythe piano if it lost traction and came sliding down. Like what if the orange strap broke free which it did at one point omg I couldn't look, next time they should come with a third guy
@@positivewarrior5206 exactly my thought. Hopefully the customer didn't mind the damaged wall since it can be repair and their piano is where they wanted it. Glad no one got hurt.
What are some tips and tricks tools you recommend for new guys?
@@yobanifranciscojacinto6162 I’m sure they were told that it could happen
