I think Blizzard has essentially made it really easy to level and get gear. They’ll leave a few classes on top for a couple weeks then buff a different one so you level that class and repeats the cycle.
It's not about balance, it's about changing what's at the top so people keep paying real money to keep up. The entire idea behind meta is to make money.

@@KommisarFuklaw that is the passive "champions might" which gives the 25% critical damage when you drop the spear. im basically getting my 10 stacks of overwhelmed +2 executes, 2 overpowers, then avatar, warbreaker, pvp on use trinket, spear, bladestorm (cancel it it to get the 50% MS damage) then use sharpen blade mortal strike. this isnt counting the RNG critical damage that comes from "marked for death" which is another potential 45% critical damage on top of the 1.75x so there IS some RNG to this but its pretty consistent so far.
Man i'm glad i stopped playing, god i don't think i could take another seasons of fighting priest/warlock variation combo for the millionth time. God i bet RMP is kicking it still too.

If you hold alt while using spear it will cast it at your location. I only play Arms Warrior.

Sweeping Strikes stacks more, Spear is a great way to keep them in for big Demolish, Warbreak before Demo, Shockwave and BOOM!!!
