I really would like to see Crash Team Racing get a Series X version as well as a PC version with crossplay Spyro trilogy with an FPS update would be amazing as well
here's the old Activision games like to see come to backwards compatible on Xbox One/Series X like Spider-Man 1 & 2 Spider-Man friends or foe X-Men legends 1& 2 Shrek 2 shrek 3 Tony hawk underground 1 & 2 tony hawk pro skater 4 Tony hawk shred Call of duty 2 big red one call of duty finest hour 007 nightfire 007 everything or nothing ultimate Spider-Man gun true crime new york Cabela's hunt season 2005 007 agent under fire
There's alot game that need to comeback, Singularity, Gun, True Crime 1 and 2, Wet, Brink, Quake 4, Quake Arena, BTTC Wolfenstein, Wolfenstein (2009), COD Classic, COD 2 Finest Hour, Crash Twinsanity, Crash Of The Titans, Crash Mind Over Mutant,, Crash Nitro Kart, Crash Tag Team Racing, Crash Wrath of Cortex, Spyro games.
I'm going to make an outlandish speculation that 2023's MW3 could be on Game Pass early 2024, and reasoning possibly why comes down to the game being treated as MW2's DLC rather than a separate game, because achievements are tied to MW2 makes me wonder if they're trying to menuever around Sony contractual clauses. Based on the leaked Resident Evil 8 marketing contract, Sony prohibited the game from being added to any subscription service for 1 year, after which a 120 day priority negotiation window would start where Sony has an opportunity to match any offer to bring such games to their subscription service by matching the price. If the game were to be added to Game Pass in that window, it'd have to go to PS Plus too if Sony is willing to match the price, otherwise they'd have to wait out the 120 day window. This is the reason Microsoft put Deathloop and Ghostwire Tokyo on PS Plus the same time they came to Xbox & Game Pass, to close that 120 day window early, otherwise it would have taken another 4 months to bring them to Xbox & Game Pass at same time. This would mean at least everything up to MW2 from 2022 could release 1 year + 120 days on Game Pass, so Februrary'ish 2024. But if MW3 is really MW2 DLC/expansion, well, curious if MS-ABK are trying to out maneuver Sony's exclusionary clauses by not making it its own game on some technical level.
I'm really hoping that the Deadpool game makes a comeback. I only played it on PS3 which is probably the worst possible version to play. I got 3 months of Game Pass for free so hopefully a lot of these games start to make their way to the service.
That one needs another remaster quite honestly, due to the awkward stuttering. It can be fixed by playing offline, but that's really weird to do and most won't.
I would love to see Quke 4 backwards compatible. Give it the Seriea X update. Bring the resolution up to 4k or 1440p, the framerate is already unlocked so that extra horsepower can keep that game running at 60fps. Always enjoyed Quake 4. I feel that it's underrated. Guess we will see.
PC Game Pass is entirely its own beast of a thing in this deal. Since Battle NET is still rolling I have no idea how that aspect will be integrated in.
@@Skycaptin5 what i was thinking will it be connected to gamepass in some way it might be like ea play in some way but no need subscription or its possible you will need one or call it gamepass extreme
I can see Transformers and most of the Marvel catalogue be avaible for Backwards compatibility. Microsoft already has proven to sort deals that can be important to them with GoldenEye 007, agreeing with MGM which holds the rights of the movies and Nintendo. As long as is still selling on the store, it should be OK to go. Now, there are other titles which are still selling on other platforms such as PC but ain't avaible on console such as Singularity. Some titles were even removed not so long ago from the stores such as the TMT Activision games for PC which were being sold on Steam. I believe most of them can go back as long as Microsoft is willing to do the leg work and companies agreeing to it, maybe the first part of each franchise of each game will be avaible on Game Pass while the sequels don't just to incentivize their purchase. Disney is not picky when it comes to licencing luckly enough, most of their games are Backwards Compatibility on Xbox already. So I can see them doing some Marvel stuff for the very same reason. I mean SOME, The Punisher will never be back sadly. Tony Hawk and Guitar Hero mostly are held back for licensing issues. For the rest I can see them adding to the GP catalogue easily.
I’m not so sure that they’ll do a big dump in one go. I think it’s more likely that to make a big deal out of the games, and do a couple of big titles each month, supported with a few smaller titles. A lot of those legacy CODs, would need a bit of work, especially on the security side. Some of them are just overrun with hackers. It would be a PR nightmare to expose a near 30 million strong Gamepass audience to a older COD that is hacked to shit.
Traditionally they do a singular drop, unless any deals exist preventing that as I've outlined. I would find it unlikely that they would trickle the content, as that wasn't done with Bethesda. They can't remove hackers from older CoDs since those games use the Xbox 360 servers and are emulated. They could start banning those on Xbox 360s again that are causing problems, but it's unlikely.
cod was on geforce now a few days ago but i went to play it just now on geforce now and they removed it. i think it was supposed to released next year and on gamepass. they might have put it on geforce now by mistake. hopefully it comes back because it was amazing playing cod on the rtx 4080, max settings with dlss at 4k hdr.
@@Skycaptin5 I spent my childhood in Moldova. The country was poor and I could not afford any console as a kid. Trying to catch up with all the good old games that I missed. Curentlly finishing all the campaigns of COD. Will definitelly try the Transformers and James Bond games next. I love the work you do!
Finally, transformers war and fall of Cybertron, yes, im happy to just get them, if they are remastered, a bonus, great video Capt 👌💯 so does it mean, Activision is exclusive to Xbox? Probably not, but I'm not sure. Not sure how the deal works? And also, will a person be able to just buy the transformer games? They need to make a exclusive 3rd transformers game, I have both consoles, PS5 and Xbox series s and Xbox series needs more and better exclusives IMO.
Single player stuff is likely to be exclusive outside of existing deals. Technically nothing will truly be since Ubisoft has Cloud rights for 15 years. It's honestly a huge mess due to the UK's CMA.
I wouldn’t rule it out completely. Phil Spencer seems keen on dipping into the old IP pool. I think the biggest issue is licensing. I think the IP is held by a third party if I am not mistaken.
@@stuartbagley2586 Microsoft owns the Crimson Skies IP. He talks a lot about old IP but they rarely seem to do new stuff with it outside of what Bethesda is doing.

Love Return to Castle Wolfenstein.
I really would like to see Crash Team Racing get a Series X version as well as a PC version with crossplay
Spyro trilogy with an FPS update would be amazing as well
I hope Darkwatch from original Xbox comes, developed by High Moon Studios which is owned by Activision.
That one would be a nightmare as Ubisoft and Capcom have publishing rights over that in various regions.
Call of duty classic should be available. Its a no brainer
I do really ponder why that one hasn't been added, maybe the historical footage?

I know it’s unlikely to come back but..I want Blur!
Blur would be neat, I didn’t include it since car + music licensing is a nightmare plus not sure how well it is known now. I’d love it though.
A new Blur game 😍
I don’t see those games going on game pass as like Bethesda games did
