- I got my first laps in for Formula Drift Long Beach and this car RIPS! We spent months getting the pro car ready and the hard work is paying off. Media is officially in the books! We gave a few ride alongs and got some much needed practice rips so we can fully dial in the Nissan Z!

New liveries for a driver is a new boost in their chapter of the sport. It’s strange how cars feel like they have personalities.
This car now, with the white bits, and black accents around the body angle color changes is very appealing.😎

Man the FD fire response realllllllly dropped the ball on Deanes car didn’t they. I read comments but this was the first time I saw it all play out in real time. Fuuuuuck sakes. Can’t wait to watch this weekend.
Usually all these cars have fire systems in the car, they need to step up the tank size or dual tanks and like at least 6 jets, 2 rear, two driver and 2 engine bay.. crazy.
@@neukin he never pulled the fire suppression, assuming with everything going on he forgot too. His main priority was getting passenger out and himself out.

Long Beach is a fantastic layout (NOS) and reminds me of a small section I used to drift around in outer Naha City Okinawa. Hard right with a long set-up, dig out into a U turn followed by another U turn. And yeah love that livery. I use a ton of the same styling cues and highlighting methods to accentuate. Simple, but stoic and professional is the "Style" that I call this race livery. Not messy, not overlapping, not obnoxious with eye fatiguing colors... /tipofthehattoyou

I love how so many liveries this year are incorporating more white, looking good!
A lot of drivers were approached and recommended a designer to make liveries with similarities so that more of the cars look a like and look like they belong in the same series. Nascar type stuff
