I think, based on the picture, she'd have a medium skin tone, maybe 20 or 25 (You could also go darker, though. A lot of AG books show lighter skin tones than the actual doll has, like Josephina). Then she'd have long, curly, red hair, a Sonali or Addy face moulde, dark brown eyes, and freckles.
