Apologies about the wind it just got up from nowhere and also I had issues with the microphone so I had to a voice over hope it as not spoiled the video

Great mark, great video and merrily steaming towards 2000 subscribers. That is truly something you and the family should be proud of. hello john, wind blown and battered, but you still bring us happy memories of bygone days. well done for sticking it out and catching those flounders. fished there early winter of 1966, I think it was november, caught a lot of whiting2 to 3lb. and a few codling. I remember my mam saying don't bring home any whiting only cod, she was fussy. used to cycle there from hessle rd, I couldn't imagine doing it now. I live less than five minute drive from the beach on the english channel, and thats a struggle these days. and again well done john, best wishes to tina and thomas, take care and regards patrick chapman

Yes buddy it was a very testing day great at thet just go start then the wind just came from nowhere.
I just love reading your memories Patrick I was only 5 when you fished there buddy Wow some cracking whiting and catching cod too my mum was the same just bring the cod.
That was a good bike ride mind you it would have been safer on the roads back then but still a decent ride.
So Sorry to hear it's a struggle to the beach for you buddy I know how that would feel if I couldn't make it any more.

Eazy john you ok pal, well done in tuff conditions. Haven't seen that mark on the old tube john, so nice one . I was out Thursday morning on the humber near cleethorpes. I managed a 28cm flounder n a very big green eel again. I bin out fishing about 6 or so sessions in the last 2 weeks n it deffo feeling cold on the hands again lol. Autumn has struck. But i do like this time of year waiting on the old codlings showing up. Love the show levo, all the best from GRIMSBY

Yes it was a bit testing with that wind it was nice showing this venue as I don't think many videos would be done here it can fish quite well in better condition and with better bait.
Well done on your fish buddy 🎣 👍 yes the weather is definitely turning now I could feel it on this session very cold it won't be long before the codling start to show 🤞I am going to fish a bit more in the river this winter to see if I can bag a couple.

I normally fish this mark a bit further down towards the haven wish I could have caught a bass for the camera.

Yes that wind did spoilt it a little especially the fishing but we just Battled through as we do but do love a challenge Dave.

And there are very sensitive with the settings but it's my fault for not checking will do from now on.

cracking video and venue John me and Dave Lister tried a bit further up early this week at the car park crabbed of every 10 minutes but temps are dropping just in time for a good run of cod in the river we hope take care and tight lines John
@@remskicodhead1 hello 👋 Mike that wind was a pain when it got up I did have a few crabs here robbing the baits but like you said a drop in temperature should start seeing few cod soon 🤞I am going to do a bit more in the river this winter hopefully to bag a couple of cod.
