Watching in March 2019. I got tired of TS4 and its lack of creativity. Went back to TS3 and currently building a world in CAW and its going to be a modern futuristic world. James you are the best.
Just curious, do you work as an architect or some sort of interior designer? You would be amazing at those jobs. Love the house, especially that garden!

Man, you always build the coolest houses! I need to figure out how to use the elevation cheats. Every time I try to it messes up my house so much that I've just given up on it.

(That's the 'other' colony to you Aussies) ;-D Your's is one of the FIRST builds I have seen, that actually does the ceilings! I am constantly flummoxed why more players do not pay attention to that detail. +2 thumbs, mate!
u can delete the mailbox and trash bin using testingcheats and ctrl+shift click on ether one and press delete it then use buydebug and u can find the future mailbox/bin in the basegame category
This is amazing! I really love it! Have you ever done an antebellum home? Like old southern money from Civil war days with ballrooms and parlors and all that jazz? That would be really neat to see
I love the house but I think you could've done a bit more with the green roofing area. Put a few lounge seats there, maybe a bbq. But it's still great.
Amazing job, but the gym equipment kind of blocks the cars from leaving the garage. Also it lacks a laundry room. Can you update the house with the laundry room, please?
hey i just saw something cool when i was playing the sims 3 instead of cheating to make the kitchen bench corner look good just replace the normal bench and put a frig there it looks alright please try it in your next video and also your house looks very very nice ps... happy new year from here in Alexandra Vic Australia
what cheat did you have to use allowing you to build a house recessed into the ground? I tried without cheats, without luck.. I only have experience with moveObjects.
Your builds are amazing!!! You have so much talent! But there is one thing I noticed... they are all really expensive. Can you maybe make a starter home? Or one that is mid-priced? I have all expansions exept for Into The Future. I only have Town Life Stuff, out of all the stuff packs. Thanks! I love your houses.
Love this house! The design is just amazing. I've looked through most of the tutorials by now and despite the video being a speed build, I do manage to catch most of what's happening. However, I'm at a bit of a loss on how you get the whole thing started. Is there any chance you could upload the first 4 minutes of this video slightly slowed down? Possibly with some commentary on what's happening. The first 4 minutes (almost exactly, the garage entrance finishes around that mark), are the ones that slightly confuse me, and in my opinion they could make for a great "joint tutorial compilation"...thingy. I understand the basics of the CFE-false functions and such, just can't get the grasp of the beginning here :p And I'd prefer not downloading it just to play, that won't "teach me how to fish" or so to speak.. Anyway, love your great videos and tutorials! Keep up the good work! :) And sorry for the annoyingly long post >.
How to you make those "camera slides" (I don't know how to call them) like at 26:32, 27:24, 27:46, 28:00, etc.?? Please answer, I really need to know. Thanks! :)
The house looks amazing, too bad I don't have Into the future. While buy mode objects would simply be replaced (or missing? I'm not sure), I don't think it'd be the case with brand new building parts from that expansion pack.

true. but you can cheat and just enlarge the toy cars, though you can't drive it. i don't understand why they removed cars in the game
The only thing I like about Sims 4 is their CAS and it's still kinda limited when it comes to traits I honestly like Sims 3 WAY better
