- Today is our second wedding anniversary and I wanted to share the video of our special day. So many happy memories, friendly faces we miss dearly, and of course the food!

We both are grateful for everything that we've accomplished in the last 2 years, and are grateful that we get to celebrate together after this roller coaster of 2020.

My husband is mallu and I am American. 10 plus years now but we had a southern wedding in the U.S. It's nice to see all the differences in choices with each multi-cultural relationship. Many blessing to you both!
I didn't take my husband's name either. We can choose as we like :)
I took his name, I just didn't update my RUclips account. That being said, his sister never took her husband's last name and they had a traditional, arranged marriage! 😁

As some nobody Indiana boy from the backwater sticks.. seeing a fellow American live such a fulfilling and exciting life abroad is really inspiring. (I don't count my military service , for its a totally different experience and nothing like this.) I grew up with corn fields and pig farms yet have always dreamed of experiencing stuff like this. Just a question, how many south Indian states do not perform the 7 pheras?
Telugus do not do it, I have attended a telugu wedding.
In the North, East, central and west india, we all do it.
I think in South we only take 3pheras😊 no 7 pheras.
We did 3!
