- Louisiana Rep. Mike Johnson pressed Attorney General Merrick Garland Thursday, asking him if he will submit to an ethics review over a company his son-in-law started, suggesting that there is a conflict of interest in some way. Garland vehemently denied any conflict of interest or wrongdoing during the fiery exchange in the House Judiciary Committee hearing.
Homeboy seriously said, "I don't think it's wrong, so we don't need an unbiased third-party review."

The issue here isn't that this guys corrupt but that every single one of them is corrupt. The guy who is asking about the corruption is a POS, the AG Barr who the Republicans elected was guilty for the sameshit.
First of all, Garland is not a politician, he is the Attorney General for the United States of America - appointed, not elected. Politicians are elected. Second, he was asked by Biden to stop the domestic terrorism from the racists groups invading the school board meetings nationwide being violent and threatening them and their families because of critical race theory being taught in schools. The mask and vaccine mandates have also brought out the far right extremists who also are being violent and threatening to them. The school boards wrote letters to Biden asking for Federal help as it's a felony to threaten somebody's life and this is nationwide domestic terrorism. So, of course, he handed it off to the AG. This has nothing to do with his son or what he does for a living.
Not enough of them unfortunately. Many more have jail sentences waiting for them.

OMG it is SOOOOO irritating how they allow the person being questioned to sit there and completely Dodge the question for 5 minutes but as soon as the 5:00 clock hits zero, they forcibly make the questioner stop talking. How do you democrats live with yourselves, being so twisted and openly corrupt? I mean, they are quite literally the Skesis in this situation.

A "threat" is not the same thing as an action. A person can say whatever/anything they want to anybody at any time, but there is no crime unless the person making the "threat" acts upon that "threat" or attempts to act upon that "threat". Your sissified feelings don't mean anything to anybody. 🤯
