☆ chew gum while studying:
- Researchers found that the gum, “helped during recall and memory tasks especially.”
☆ I recommend to revise what you learned everyday after school: (try to read it atleast 3 times a week)
- It helped me a lot! And it helps you keep on track.
☆ for small tests try to study right before you sleep:
- during sleep, the brain strenghtens memories so there’s a good chance we’ll remember whatever we review right before dozing off. ( just don't bring work into the actual bed, since it can make it harder to get a good night’s sleep.)

Edit: thank you for the likes. Apparently, this track didn't work for me because I ended up going back on my phone and/or watch other unrelated videos. So what I decided to do to stay focus was listening to the soundtrack of rain. It boosts my concentration greatly and I got pretty good results in the previous semester (5 A+, 1 A) 😁. You guys can try listening to the sound of rain while studying as well, and don't forget to turn your phone to focus mode to remove all distractions. Good luck and tell me if it works for you 💯

To anyone reading this who is worried about exams and not doing their best and failing people's expectation let me ask you this question, 'did you give it your all and best shot?' if your answer is yes then that's the only thing that matters. I've been listening to this for 5 years already and I'm the type that likes to cramp everything the day before a test (yes I never study..just playing around) but I manage to get the grades that I targetted. This study music really helps me focus completely when I'm studying.
tips to study smart:
- focus in class no matter what ( trick your mind by saying "this is interesting, I want to know more" that slightest focus in class will help you in your studies)
- be brave to ask questions ( even the stupid ones)
- just do your homework (better late than never)
- when revision makes sure you have the answers and keep asking yourself why the answer is the answer and how is that the answer. it helps you understand the process to get the answers rather than memorizing the answers itself.
and that's how I got my -A's ...since I only study the day before a test..hehe.
try using this method and start studying maybe a week before a test.
don't push yourself too much. good luck!

A little word of advice: when studying try not to have this relaxing music too loud, you may lose focus easier. Have the volume at just the correct amount where you can still hear it, but also still hear yourself think and retain the information better. And btw, thanks for the relaxing music! Absolutely helps me out when I study.

Yep, I agree. I listened to it today while studying. I realized I had it too loud. I reduced the volume to the point that Kyle suggested and it was very pleasant and I kept better focus. As a sort of experiment I turned it off and tried to study and I found I had a tough time keeping focus. Not a scientific analysis. Just saying that's what I did and how I felt.
Yeah, i have done the same way with alpha and delta wave for 4 months. How can a focus and relaxing music be in the same song? That is wrong. When you focus then you can not relax, when u focus u do not want a beat of music breaks your focus, not even for sleep. In this song the background (alpha wave) is louder the
relaxing music. Reducing volumn, there is only alpha wave left (just try, there is only "uuuu......" sound :)) then you guys have better focus. For sleeping then use Delta wave (no music, do not use any music), i have tried it, fall asleep easily.

i just noticed that i've been listening to this track for 5 years. 2 years ago i commented a 'stop scrolling' reminder and i still see it everytime ;) this track does help me focus and makes me really calm inside. i dont think that i became 'really smart' after listening to it but it does help me to get work done. tysm to the creator for this audio i lovee it! i may not get desired results everytime but i know i can always do better. good luck to everyone that'll be having exams or having trouble focusing rn, all of you will do well!

But when I listen to this music, I can understand what I'm reading and the things I used to not understand became so understandable. This music is really great for studying and focus.
