- Welcome ladies & gents, I'm going to be covering Long Ball with 2 matches which didn't go the full length due to quitters but I share some analysis towards the end of this video to share the strengths and weaknesses! It could be considered anti-football by some but I actually welcome the change as a player who normally likes to dominate through possession based football.

Strange to see spoony playing like prime stoke city in a cold rainy night lol 😂
Haah gotta adapt to the style 🤣🤣
I tested it and in my opinion works better whit 2 orchestrators at DMF, box to box runs up too fast and it's harder to recieve the ball properly to prepare and drive the long ball, it lacks of time.
The orchestrator remains more on the ball line and in one touch is ready to aim and kick accurate long balls whitout pression.
They also give extra support to possession if u need other solutions then long ball.
I'm still amazed seeing Sean Dyche way better then likes of Ancelotti, Mourinho, Arteta, De Zerbi and many other coaches, as he has 85 for long ball style. I really like the guy but seems like Konami likes him more 😂. U nailed this one Spoony it's proper football , no Tippy Tappy as Sam Allardyce would say 😂

When you talk about differences between Choupo-Moting and Giroud, you should remember the african player used to be a 'dummy runner' previously, whilst the French got just a couple of 'Fox-in-the-box' builds: clearly the first was designed to be more active on the field and this wouldn't change completely unless you rebuild the player 😉
Hello, mate. Long since I got any comment in tactics, as you cover everything... But had an idea when watching, coming from Josep Guardiola's 3-3-4 I once saw when he was in Bayern Munich. How about getting an SS close to your CF and your wingers? I find that in this position, a Creative Playmaker could fit better, giving you more option for passes and assists, also a player who could go deeper and exploit the gap between defense and attack, bringing out of position opponent DMFs and opening space. I think this would offer more than a Dummy Runner, though this style of player could work as well in some situations, according to how the opponent plays. Have a nice time.

Nice video, this tactic can work for div 3-4... But for Div 1-2 when u play against full epic team hmm ... I love and hope you make some video with real pro players...

@@SpoonyPizzas I say i love to see video and explanation on some harder opponents... Because im also play without epic card and try on the all way to learn how beat without PayToWin... Also it's very difficult to enter div 1 but i did..

This formation isn't build for possession, though: lacks of an orchestrator midfielder and a real and complete n°9. For that purpose, in my experience you should use a 4-3-3 with a 'goal poacher' that stays into opponent midfield no matter what.
so basically you need a tall striker to play as a target man along with a speedster? also couldnt you play like this with lbc?
You could....but.... Imo the players work better for the knock downs and knock ons. This seems far more effective. Also.... The midfielders offer better protection. Wait til you see Fridays video! :)
