It sucks not being able to play the new courses. Us TeknoParrot users can't access the Pac-Man or DK Cups.

Yeah I agree its really sad. Sadly there hasn't been a dump of the game for a long time. The arcade cabinets are really expensive so not many people could rip the data.

Man I am waiting for it! GP DX came out back in 2013! We are well due for a new version. I am hopeful they will release one within the next few years. They are opening up Mario World later this year at Univeral Studios Japan so maybe a good time to debut it? Time will tell..
