@@Magicfighter01 unfortunately man HE did. Back when ex blue luffy and kaido came out. You can look up “prime whitebeard buffed OPBR” and you’ll see it. They have never double buffed a unit and they only do balance adjustments maybe twice a year so that dream has sailed.
