I so enjoyed your tutorial, your English is perfect! I hope you will contine with more Christmas ornaments because these are so beautiful! I especially appreciated the fact you broke down the cm with a measuring tape and showed us how to do it - instead of guessing!! This is the time of year I love to watch and make Christmas ornaments, always looking for new ones! Thank you! 💕

You are delightful! Love your beautiful voice! Thank you!
Thank you so much 💕
Thank you, for your tutorial. I tried to watch this other woman and she had a calculator out and was teaching how to find the circumference of the ball! I don't do math if I can help it! Again, Thank you!
Thank you! This only works with these little balls I am using. I don't know if other balls this size all have those markings though.
Thank you
You're welcome 😊
I absolutely love the accent and most of all your tutorial. I have watched many tutorials and I have been making it harder on me then I needed too. If you ever watched someone else's tutorial maybe you know what I mean. I learned fold and fold, and fold and iron. So thank you for sharing. I'll be your new fan.
Thank you Ellen! 😁
I sure do know what you mean. I'm very practical, so I try to not make things harder than they have to be. My life sentence as they say in Dutch is: Gemak dient de mens. Which means: Convenience serves people.
✨ GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS ✨
Thank you! 😊🥰
Beautiful. This is the best tutorial I've watched on making your own ornaments.
Thank you Chris 😊
Thank you Miranda..these are lovely!
Thank you Pamela 😊❤️
Just came across your channel and techniques in designing these ornaments - you have brought back my childhood memories (50 years ago) with these ornaments. Your technique uses glue to hold in place where we held the fabric. Thank you for sharing your techniques, NY-USA
Thank you Roberta. 😃 The glue is optional of course. I'm showing it for the benefit of starters. It can be difficult to hold the fabric in place and tuck at the same time when you're not used to it.
Love the video,I can follow you easily good work Miranda.
Thank you!
Miranda, my name is Shirley and i'm British and i live in the UK. I love your accent and your English is wonderful. I loved watching this tutorial. I loved that you said you were leaving your bloopers in and you did make me laugh. I have to say that your tutorial was so much simpler than many others on here that had me wondering if i would bother even attempting these but after watching you i know that i will be trying this weekend. Thank you so much for your knowledge and your humour Miranda. I hope you have a lovely Christmas. Shirley from the UK.
Hi Shirley, thank you so much for your lovely comment! 🥰😊❤️

Skillfully and artfully done Miranda! Congratulations! I have been looking forward to your first video for months and so happy to see it posted. I’m sure all who watch will be grabbing their ornaments, fabric, and other supplies and making a few of these for Holidays, special occasions, and to share. Keep up the great work.

Nice presentation! Thank you. I think I can do this!
When you said, "Tuck it in, " One of our dogs looked at me with concern. She doesn't like tuck in time each night. 😁🤣.
Thank you!
Ooh, that's funny! 😂 Our dogs love to be tucked in.
@@mirandasornaments Well our dogs tuck in the human bed until their tuck in time in their bed🤣.

I think it was nice but a think a small bow would have finished it off. 🎄
Hi Shelley, as you can see in the video three of the little balls do have a small bow.
It's personal if you want one or not.
In my bow making video I explain how to make different bows.
What is the tool you used to push the fabric in, and what size is the cording you used?
Hi Christie, this is a japanese tucking tool. The cording is 2 mm. You can find more information here: www.mirandasornaments.com/product/japanese-tucking-tool/?lang=en
Hoi Miranda waar koop jij dat koord als ik vragen mag ik heb het voor een ander project nodig maar kan het nergens vinden
Hoi Yvon,
Het koord is hier te vinden:

Never met a Dutch person yet who could not speak good English🤪
Hihi 🤭 thank you!
Enough Dutch persons here who's English is really crap. 🤷♀️😅
Where do you get your knife
The knife is from Fiskars. I don't remember where I bought it.
