In genshin its really easy for me to make up my mind and not pull for them because its just character designs but this is all about tht unique weapon and man i want all of them...

Well at least the gacha system in game is kinda forgiving than genshin's so you'll get them all easier than in genshin
Keep in mind if you spend on one server it doesn’t carry over to a new server if you switch. You will have to start over completely on that new server. Some people are making this mistake and its unfortunate :/

do you have to have the character equipped to see the animation with the camera angle or is it a setting?
Equip the SSR weapons.
Some of the lower rarity weapons have the same animation.

You make a character, then use the weapon with your own designed character. These characters are just skins you apply over your own if you want to.
