I couldn't find this music anywhere, so I decided to upload it, because I feel like it needs to be heard. If you are part of the band or whatever, I'll take it down if you want, I just want to share it.
All rights go to the band and the label, and whatever. All I did was buy the CD at a thrift store, rip it, and upload it here.
Killer band & cool guys! Members based outta Ukiah (Ca.), Bay (North) Area, & Modesto. Always loved these guys for 'their just keeping it real' nihilistic-non-apologetic-type of Lyrical & stage presence wit. Used to go see them at several different venues between years of early-mid & late '90s in Modesto when they were open at the time. Venues were Izzies, Paradise Lounge, Tees 'n Greens, many different House shows, ect.....
Also, they have (i believe) two 7" EP's & one Split w/ a Santa Rosa based outfit called Mickey & the Big Mouths...
Just a lil tidbit i can remember at the moment. Good Wild & Fun Memories!
Saw these guys at a mini golf place in modesto ,,, amazing
Ralph Chunksoup something and tees off Oakdale
@@DPoner Tees and Greens. I saw them there a few times too. I also caught them at The Paradise Cafe in downtown Modesto. Cops showed up and full on riot occurred. Good times!!
Lucky fuckers
Tees and Greens, was there with ya

@@dr.t448 yo dude what the fuck, how do I get ahold of your old ass?
Thanks for uploading this. I used to have a lot of fun with these guys when I was in Strychnine back in the mid 90's. Lots of looooooong nites in my yard talking shit and getting lit, loving the music we were all playing together. Been wanting to hear this again for years now. Rock the fuck on!
Tees and Greens 1995 was epic
I've got all the 7"s but I don't have this CD. I actually have a test press of the Hippy Death Camp 7" and a black vinyl press of the fifty foot jesus 7". I got them both off of Troy the last time I saw him around 2003-05.
man this brings me back!
Thanx for posting this. Saw this band so many times. Some of my favorites were at Izzy's on 9th St.
Whats up bozo? Contrary 2 popular belief, im still alive.......how the fuck r u?
@@dr.t448Holy hell Troy, a how & the fuck are you, dude? I'm in the bay area these days. Mom passed away almost 4 years ago, life moves you around, as you know. I spoke to Duane this year. I might see him if he rolls thru here around the holidays but to go see his parents.
I never heard you died. I just heard you were still in Iowa. How are you man. It's been forever. Maybe you have a more private media platform we could chat. I'm up for it if you are.
Shout to Troy!
Awesome my fuckin cd skips on most songs. Fuckin love these guys. Had the privaledge of singing for the band once or twice when I was fifteen or sixteen. I was terrible. Best shows and memories. Of my life have this as the soundtrack. Thanks for posting this shit
Does anyone have the songs off Industrial Strength Compilation 2001? Can't find them anywhere. Please upload them if you do!
Someone uploaded that comp to RUclips
Hate to be the barer of bad news but Troy passed this last April , RIP brother...
RIP Troy. Don't know how many of his friends knew this, but he also performed for a year in a live radio show I produced. His name was Dr. Fred Prozac on the show. www.youtube.com/@SRSOS/search?query=troy%20youngblut
He was also in a great band in Arcata called Lank.
Which one is it?

@@Ruudzco Badass. Love this album. Scored it from Todd Damnit back when industrial-strength records was happening. Cheers 🍻
Awesome! I picked up a used copy a while back, my original I bought in 98 at Industrial Strength Tattoo/Piercing in Berkeley but then lost when Hurricane Katrina flooded New Orleans
I’ve always wanted to cover one or two of the songs, any way to get in touch with you about that?
@@charlesb9552This is Troy Youngblut aka Dr T, I sang n played lead guitar n wrote 90 percent o da shit.... get in touch man
I used to work with Troy at a movie theater in Modesto called Briggsmore 7 (this was the late 80's). My friends and I always had good times seeing his band perform, but I can't remember the name. Anyone know?
Maybe Problem Fish. I might be wrong.
Aggressive Chubbies.
Love Alice
@@SRSOSChannel2Aggressive Chubbies was his band in Iowa. His Modesto band in the late 80's was Love Alice
@@vonniemarco Hi Vonnie. Long time no talk to. It's me, James. The guy who used to have that Bob show you hated so much.
My dad was in The Process, he still does music but not this genre.
Bodhi, or..?
Thanks Man.
Friend Casey introduced me to this band back in college. That's when AFI took off. Kinda thought these guys would be next. What happened?
Life happened.
Adam.M M They were too well...
Its hard to get TOO famous with songs like "Guns are better then girls" and "paint the ceiling red". Plus Davey is pretty
@@bassbird I wuz pretty..... ask your mom
@@dr.t448 you are a very handsome man, but Davey had like eyeliner and stuff at exactly the right time.

The Patriot
When I was young, I was a proud American
Yeah, kickin’ ass. Kickin’ ass and havin’ fun
But now those days, those days are over and done
They want to take your picture, they want to take your guns
(Bridge)
Young just sit there giving away all your liberty
You’re frightened children, frightened to be free
(Chorus) 4X The patriot, a patriot, a patriot, a patriot
So you say what the fuck’s a patriot
Someone that believes in freedom, won’t end up like the sheeple
Someone with opened eyes, that’s not afraid to realize
Something’s fucked up, something’s really fucked up
Now I’m older and my hair is turning gray
I never had, never had that much to fuckin’ say
But if I did, I tell you just one thing
You think you’re innocent, you’re far from innocent
And you just sit there giving away all my liberty
You’re frightened children, frightened to be free
The patriot, a patriot...
Sorry Troy, I may have fucked up the lyrics.
Troy can’t still be alive, right? Anyone know what he’s up to?
Last I heard, he was back east someplace in jail
He died April 21st 2023 ❤

Classic shows at low gap park back in 97 '98 with AFI before they turned completely gay and Loose change and nick jones from tiger army getting naked and jumping In the mosh pit . . And scaring all of us away . Fuk we would get wasted back then and the coolest part was that the cops never busted anyone . They would make us all leave and drive totally hammered to the next party usually at Amber's snows and no clothes Rose's house .

Thanks for the info! I grew up just after the Ukiah punk scene started dying down. I've been trying to dig up some history and recordings of some local bands.
Brian Robinson Early 90s Modesto wazzup!
I grew up in the 90’s Modesto punk scene. Played in a band called The Vanishing Subs. Played my first real show at Tees and Greens at 13 or 14 years old. Played many shows with The Process. We knew Troy and partied with him many times. Troy was a trip to listen to. Had a lot of crazy stories. But yeah the 90’s Modesto punk scene was a blast. Some of the best times of me and my friends lives.
@@madmantv3541 Did you ever make it to J Street skate shop by chance?
@@duanescot Yeah but I was more of a City Skates type of guy. Hung out there a lot after Downey was out. Pretty much all of 1998-2000.
