The Barrio at South by Southwest was started by partners Marianne Miralles and Cyndi Ting of #KabataanCulture. Kabataan Culture is a non profit organization from LA facilitating access and opportunities for quality Filipino studies online and in person in the United States. It's founder, Marianne Miralles and CFO Cyndi Ting, together with Ron Dizon, founder of Teofilo Coffee Company in Los Alamitos, CA - joined forces to create- The Barrio.
