I know i'm 3 months late, but thanks a lot for this. I don't really do guides, but I was stuck and couldn't get a campaign going. I used your video to see how others think outside the box and get it done. I'm doing much better with you're tips, for instance I almost never recruited extra generals. That alone is doing me wonders. I completely botched myself and was waaaay worse off then your guide by turn 12. but atleast i was surviving and getting things done. I appreciate your hard work.
@@BirdsFlyinHigh np my guy, I’m glad this guide was helpful. if you needed any more insights to total war games check out the livestreams to get even more new ideas. Cheers!
On my first ramesses campaign, after the first battle, I got chariots as an "item drop" so my lord and all his units were on chariots. I thought maybe that was a standard event but never heard you say it, so I guess I just got super lucky.
@@Pontifex777 that’s actually extremely rare, I only got a chariot mount around 55 turns in. Getting it on the first battle is even rarer, enjoy using him on the chariot
@@suntzu94 I might make one for France in napoleon total war, these guide videos take hundreds of hours to make but unfortunately there’s not much interest in historical total wars in my experience.
Question: Can this be used in all difficulties and also I. Have experienced the AI factions declaring war with me with neutral and improving relations and even if there is trade deals and non aggression treaties in place as well.
This can certainly be used in all difficulties, on the easier ones you are going to face even less enemies. Try to keep up your strength ranking as high as possible(more armies and allies). Having large garrisons on the borders(and armies near borders) with other factions makes it less likely for them to break treaties and attack you. Other reasons that factions could be declaring war at you could be because of having low reliability or being at war with many factions at the same time. Hope these help
@@TotalWarriorLegends I would love to do more of these for pharaoh, the only problem is, unfortunately not that many people are Interested in this game compared to Warhammer 3.
They might have changed the behavior of AI, You might still be able to defeat them If you attack them with divide and conquer tactic executed perfectly. Another strat could be declaring war on them, going to ambush with your main army and start recruiting with your 2nd army to bait the enemy into attacking you, this allows you to ambush and beat them away from their garrison and you can beat garrison after. Hope this is going to be helpful.
Great guide! However it never gives me the option to use Ramesses in the forced inheritance part. Any other general appears but not Ramesses. Have changed the skin as well but no luck. any idea? thanks!
@@Deysy2024 since this was a bug it is totally possible that they might have patched this in the latest patch, I haven’t played pharaoh in a while. I’m glad you liked the guide
Bro that was a lot in one video and you were talking at slaneesh levels of speed. Admittedly not for casual viewing and if I play that again, I'd definitely use it as a reference.
@@Pontifex777 had to fit everything in less than 45 min, honestly if I wanted to talk at normal speed the video would have been 90 min. Hope it’s going to be helpful when you want to give Ramesses a go.

So weird, this strat no longer works? Beersheeba has 16 defending units in that settlement on turn 2?

Is something sped up? For a me native English speaker i have to use the slow down because your talking so fast lol.
I talk as fast as Slaanesh runs, this video was made like this so I can cover every detail in a timely manner.
