I did similar to you. However I set my number key pad to save custom views and have different flight views set. Example 0 for Taxi, 1 for takeoff, 2 landing and approach, 3 zoom in more for IFR, 4 Left Cabin window, 6 Right cabin Window, 5 pedestal, 8 overhead panel, 7 cockpit windows down a bit to see runway to make turn, 9 form FO side to see runway for visual right turn still seeing the PFD for speed and alt. It helps to open camera window to Slow down speed so you can make slower and smaller Arrow key movements and zooms.
@FlightsimBN it blows my mind every time I sit in the cockpit, when everything is just right it's so realistic you find yourself just looking around in awe sometimes. With VR, you can do things like physically get up out of ypur seat and walk out of the cockpit and do a walk around. Looking at a PC Monitor is pointless and has zero immersion.

@@scootermason2746 Nice that is a good thing to do as well.
Thank you for the knowledge.
Glad it was helpful!
Very cool tips. I will give it a try. Thanks! Are you using the arrow keys on a keyboard to move your seat ?
Yes I am!
Love it. Thanks!
@@scoobydiving glad you like it!
How do I save the settings?
There should be CTRL and F1-F11 to assign. So what you would do is hit CTRL F1, and then your desired quick key.
Simple, get a VR headset and sit in the seat just like you would irl. Watching flightsims on monitors is for someone simming 10yrs ago. 😅
VR is a cool thing

@@andrewp6307 It's on my list now, I will try it out.
