Great video. Enjoy watching all the exciting stuff.
Thanks! I appreciate it! I've got enough flea market videos left over from 2022 to get me through the end of March! Stay tuned!
Early mornin junkin'. Nothing better
For sure! Thanks for watching!
As a native New Yorker I have been to the Stormville Flea market a few times. It was 30 minutes North of where I lived. There also was a flea market at Yonkers Raceway. That one was really good too!
Is the one at the Yonkers Raceway still around?
@@fleabittenadventures I'm not sure that was a long time ago. I have since moved to another state.
Wow nice market
I agree! I'll be going back soon. I think the next show is late April! Thanks for watching!
Talking about going back in time for Star Wars figures, right next to those was redline Hotwheels I would grab both.
Oh yeah, if I ever find a way to go back in time, I'm going to clear out an entire Toys R Us. Don't worry.
So nice seeing a decent flea market. The flea here in Charleston is beyond horrible with knock off items and things pulled out of junk yards that are more hoarder versus picker items. I grew up going to fleas in NJ and miss Columbus.
It was definitely worth the trip and I plan to go back sometime this year. Very expensive though. Not a ton of "deals" that I could find.
Flea: Have you done the Elephant Trunk north of Danbury yet? I've kinda worn that place out, and am glad to have discovered Stormville through your works. It's a bit of a trek for me, now living in Fairfield.
I have. I've been twice so far. I'll probably be back for opening day this year. Thanks for watching.
4:01 - I still possess most of my diecast airplanes, particularly commercial airliners like the one you're holding. Sadly, diecast airliners, and other planes, are no longer 'cast'!
4:47 - Where I could spend at least an hour of my day at any flea - the media(CD, records, etc) tables!
9:10 -
😮
21:23 I swear to God I'm the only one I know who prefers the original Galactica(Lorne Greene). At least we agree on Knight Rider! I think we were born close to the same time, 1970 for me.
You are a little bit older than me, but we were born in the same decade. I was very young when the original BSG came out, so that's probably why it's not as nostalgic for me. Knight Rider however was during the prime of my childhood. Thanks for watching!
It’s sad how Stormville is now, but back in the 90s-Early 2000s it was double to three times bigger then it is now. It’s still a decent way to spend a couple of hours but it use to take 2 days to thoroughly see everything.
I still have an 8 track player with a lot of tapes. Some are 4 channel 8 track tapes that I can play on a 4 channel player.
I've actually never had an 8-track. They were just slightly before my time. I grew up mostly with cassettes and vinyl. Thanks for watching.
Regarding the year books i find it odd when i see a family reunion or family picnic shirt.
Me too. I get why they do it, but it's still odd.
that person who had the tubs of candy i dont think i would ever buy tubs of opened candy at a flea market
Yeah, I get the impression that they bought sealed candy cheap, repackaged it and jacked up the prices. I wouldn't trust the cleanliness either.
I was thee with my dad… WHERE AM I???
Does your mom collect also??
A little bit. She's into collecting frogs, but not much else. I think she enjoys the window shopping.
Austin powers… the doctor evil character is a ripoff of Dana Carvey doing Lorne Michaels. It’s in a few yt vids
I'm wondering more about the name though, "Dr. Evil".
