- Hi Guys! I made a purchase from the most recent Coach Outlet online sale and the bag is not what I expected, but I do like the style. I'm asking for your opinion. Should I keep it or return it?

Hi! Looking over the bag, I see a the leather on the bottom of the bag is out of shape and a small indentation on the back pocket. The color is nice, just not what I was expecting. Love the style though. Still debating. Thank You so much for watching!

I just received the Ava signature chain link coach bag today did your bag come with a dust cover? Mine didn't and my bag came in just a plastic bag and the box was delivered crunched.plus no return label I called coach they said I have to pay to ship it back I'm really disappointed with this purchase. Your bag is really cute 😍
A dust bag was in the very bottom of the bag, under all the paper. Mine bag came wrapped in plastic inside of a paper shipping bag. After inspecting the bag, I noticed a fold on the bottom and a small indentation on the back pocket. I'm so disappointed in the presentation. So you have yo pay to return it? I just wanted to let you know that you can return your bag back to a coach outlet store I just returned home from returning mine. It has to be a outlet the coach store will not return it so I had to drive about a half hour away from me but I think it was cheaper than sending it back my mail because shipping would if been almost twelve dollars😵 Good luck have a great weekend.

Hi, I love this color! I ordered the exact same bag and mine hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m glad to know in advance that it will be this color :) I’m not a fan of color blocking in bags but I knew that Macy’s had the incorrect photo so I was hoping Coach would have the same. But the packaging is disappointing... I hope you enjoy the bag if you decide to keep it or wait for another color.
Macy's had in the description as Colorblock. Colorblock is so on trend, which, besides the style, the reason why I chose this bag. The color is a rich metallic gray and the pebbled leather is beautiful. I'm so disappointed in the packaging , Thanks for watching!
@@whowhatwhy4049 I forgot to mention earlier, I ordered a bag from online Coach outlet twice before and I would always receive it in a box - even when I ordered just one bag. But it was a larger size bag, so maybe that is why? This time I ordered this Parker bag with some SLGs, and now I am worried that I will receive it with dents... But it is worth the risk :)
Hi, I just received my Parker today and it arrived packaged exactly like yours! Since there was minimum stuffing inside the bag, the bottom of the bag is out of shape and all four corners are wrinkled, I have not had time to see if there are other issues yet. But for now I stuffed it and I will see if that helps to straighten the bottom of the bag, since otherwise I do love the bag and the price was great. Did you return your bag?
@@Tatiana-cd1vuNo, I haven't returned it. Still pondering over it.... Like yours, mine has folds at the bottom. I also have a small indentation on the back pocket. I was in the boutique Saturday and my SA showed me the Parker 18 with Signature Canvas with Rivits a d Snake Detail....That bag has that same metallic color/leather flap and looks very similar to the Parker we have other than the snakeskin and rivits.
@@whowhatwhy4049 I see, it will take me some time as well to decide whether it is worth keeping.. I think I know which other Parker you are talking about, but does it have brass hardware? I am avoiding brass hardware at any cost :D I only use silver jewelry and do not like to mix it with gold, but I agree that brass hardware looks good with some leathers. I hope you make a good decision in the end :)
How do you like it? If u are not 100%, send her back or take her back to your nearest Outlet Store.

I purchased a bag from the Coach Outlet website and the bag I received was not the bag they advertised. To make matters worse it was under the "Coach Reserve" link. Can someone tell me what "Coach Reserve or Reserve" means on the COACH OUTLET web site?
I feel your pain! The bag I purchased is not the way it appeared online. It was my understanding was Reserve section was Boutique bags. I'm finding that may not necessarily be the case as the bag I purchased was also sold at Macy's. I wish I read those reviews prior to purchasing. I was also disappointed in the presentation, the packaging, lack of receipt and flaws.
I thought it was two toned so I didn't get it 😣😣😣 Thanks for the video!

I received this bag yesterday. I also thought it was colorblock. I was disappointed with the presentation. It was obviously a return, with no dust bag or padding inside. I have received several bags lately that have been in questionable condition from Coach. Dooney is not alone in deserving criticism regarding shipping and merchandise quality.
