    I have had a corded brad nailer for a long time when I bought it there were only nailer you'd use with compression tanks. I used it when I was working alone and needed to make cabinets. Then when the pieces were hooked together I could use the drill to screw the two parts together. Seems like a lot of work but I had problems holding wood Ang drill. This way worked for me. It worked well for finishing work.

    Is there such a thing as 12volt cordless brad nailer? And if so could you recommend the best one? I am about to do my first build ever inside my truck camper shell. Thanks in advance. Great video.
    Forgot to mention new subbie here.

      Hi Tanja, Black and Decker has one. Most of the other brands have 18 volt brad nailers. I don’t have a preference on those. Thanks for the support.

    Question. So my brad nailer will flash on the right indicating it’s jammed. But when I unload everything and open up the jammer hatch their is no nails. And I blow air on it and try to clean it. I put everything back and it still says I’m jammed and won’t fire. Any suggestions on what that might be? Thank you for your time

    Man thats a cool video. You gave me lots confidence. Can I use that kind of nail gun for putting up siding on my house?
    Great video. Thanks

    • @Caliber8Tools
      @Caliber8Tools  2 года назад

      Yes you can. Make sure the nail is long enough. If you can, get a siding nail gun. If not, a framing nailer will work.

    • @apollohill6733
      @apollohill6733 2 года назад

    I am trying to decide on whether or not to get a battery operated or pneumatic brad nailer. You did a great job of explaining how to use this tool! Why is there a hesitation when nailing? Does that happen with the pneumatic nailer too? I like the convenience of the battery one but don't if I like the delay after pulling the trigger.

    • @Caliber8Tools
      @Caliber8Tools  3 года назад

      Just the way it operates and no, it doesn’t happen with the pneumatic. Thanks for the feedback and be safe.

    • @Caliber8Tools
      @Caliber8Tools  3 года назад

      Depends on the depth or thickness of your material. Set it so the nails won’t penetrate to the other side.
