It would help to have an an understanding of where everything is as I am not totally familiar with street names. For example where will the Wawa be built? The Wawawa is going to be on the corner of Becker Road and now Newfield Parkway. if you had east from tradition, you can’t miss it on the right side of the road
Great video . I lived in Bedford park tradition for 5 yrs and loved it a lot but my wife wanted to move back to Charlotte nc lol. My Inlaws still live in Traditin so at least I get to visit ❤️😬😬

Great video just moved to Riverland and glad to see we will be getting more restaurants and parks and retail when will all of this be done ? And when will amphitheater be done ?

Yes it is!. It is growing but it is much more laid back than Palm Beach County and less money. It is a great family community also. Reach out when you are ready to start looking and I can help you find the right community for your family.
Yep. That is what happens with growth. We can always move somewhere else where the same thing will happen. Texas ans South Carolina are also feeing the issues.
Mostly service industry here so lots of minimum wage jobs... Anybody that makes serious money goes down south and commutes to West Palm, ft Lauderdale, or Miami.
Excellent video but you mentioned the word entertainment. The only entertainment or nightlife that I saw was a planned amphitheater off Becker Rd. That's it. I just hope the PSL City Council aren't expecting us to believe that parks are entertainment. So far I haven't seen any entertainment or nightlife planned for this area. Sad
The City of PSL is really showing where their priorities lie. Tradition is getting a 2nd downtown yet still no new news on the downtown area for east PSL by the Event Center. Gotta love how all of my tax dollars are going to build up Tradition and us in the east get nothing!!
The east side won't support the restaurants and shopping to the extent the west side will. This is why I say support your local establishments or you will not have anything. Putting a hotel near town center is a waste a money cause what else is there to do on the east side. Nothing you don't have a downtown you don't have a road to the beach you have nothing other than psl blvd

Torino is getting the big park and there is a ton going on. I will make a video on that also for you!
