We are the deserved winners. We lost 0 games this season and we had a lot more chances this evening. But absolutely great credits to rangers.
I am not a Frankfurt fan but as a German I am so happy for them, their hype here is unreal. I think they absolutely deserve it, they knocked out Barcelona and were not beaten once in the entire competition.
But also fair play to Rangers, they knocked out teams with higher individual quality than them or Frankfurt. I think this was the best Europa League ever, there were so many big guys but two seemingly smaller teams made it to the final and not through luck or destructive play but because they deserve it. I hope Rangers can still qualify for the Champions League too

@@nathanmerchant7696 Gotta do what you gotta do and prioritize. If there isn't enough depth in the team and the players are dead one game of the week well, they chose to try and win the cup, rather than go for like 6th in the league. and it paid off this time.

You would think kicking someone in the face would be a red card. Evidently not. He didn't give out a single yellow card in the entire first half, and there was plenty of moments to do so. Strange refereeing.
ref argued that Rode put his head down into the challenge. but I was also surprised not to see a yellow card at least
In my opinion it should have been a yellow card because the Rangers player did not hit Rode intentionally. The ref signaled that Rode bowed his head to low was the reason he even not showed yellow.

I think Rangers had the harder ties. Dortmund and RB Leipzig are both above Frankfurt in their own league. Both are also CL clubs. Barcelona was a great scalp for Frankfurt, but West Ham is never that great in Europe.

Leipzig is a team only used to sell more lemonade and Dortmund is only talking about CL They did not take EL serious and deserved it to loose to Rangers. It was great to see two teams with fighting spirit and appreciation for the competition against each other in the final and Rangers had also deserved to win the Cup....but it can be only one winner. @@mariapaula4038 it wasn't amazing that they defeated Barca but HOW they did. Especially the game at Camp Nou was upper CL style by Frankfurt. They were 3:0 ahead up to 90th minute and could have been easily 4:0 or 5:0.

The match could have gone either way. Eintracht was excellent in defense other than the one goal they yielded. Rangers dominated for short stretches though and could have won in extra time except for Trapp. Then it went to penalties where Eintracht had one better excellent penalty shot and that made them champions. Ramsey's penalty shot was shite. He needs to watch replays of the nine shots that were made so he can learn how to shoot a nearly unsaveable penalty kick. Eintracht need to learn to score from corners. They had 11 of them and never came close to scoring from one.
The corners did work good across the season (under Top five in goals in Bundesliga), but in this final Tuta and NDicka left the field injured, Hinterregger could not play because of injury and the only striker of the Team is about 1,7 meter height...so it is difficult to strike on corners without any serious weapons.
All honers to the Rangers club and especially to their fans! I’ve never experienced such a bunch of crazy, friendly and polite fans in history, that i’ve had one of my best time’s in life with!

Rangers should have had early red card and got off with a late penalty decision.ref and VAR gave everything to rangers but justice prevailed in the. End .

People say Rangers hung on but the match stats say Rangers had 52% possession. They had more chances on target also. Frankfurt we're shooting long range for most part.

This channel never fails to amaze me of the bias to the English premiership. Here’s Rangers built a team from 12million quid and nearly beaten the team that put out West Ham. Any credit given not one bit. I’m sure burley never even knew how many Scottish teams have won European trophies. Furthermore they never just beat west ham they thrashed them.
If Rangers and Celtic had half the money and played in the epl either team would win it within 3 years. Guaranteed. The Australian Celtic manager has not only raised the standard of the football at Celtic he has raised the standard of fitness that is required to play and win the spl. That and losing Steven Gerrard is what catapulted Rangers into this final. Gio is a good manager and I think in two years he will be the manager of Arsenal. Gerrard did not have the tactics for Europe. He won the league and stopped the rot and we will always be thankful but we’re in better hands now.
Both Celtic and Rangers will lose their managers to English premiership teams within the next two years.
I think Ur wrong on that Celtic manager will be looked at no doubt but I don't think it will be as quick as 2years he wants to build something at Celtic and seems to be loyal

If you had seen Borre missing 2 of 3 penalty shots this season and Frankfurt failing to score 4 Times by penalty you would not say this. As it came to pealties I told my friends we can only win if Trapp gets 3 to 4 penalties. But it was told that the whole team was practicing penalties for weeks on their own after training and without orders of the coach.

When it comes to penalties, imo, there's no rightfull winner. It means they were equal in this match so the winner is just lucky and the loser isn't. Can't say I liked watching this match, I expected a better game.

As I said before the match. Both teams are almost equal and both deserved it for many reasons. But Frankfurt was the better structured team. Finally i hope, Rangers will make their Scottish Cup and will go thru the 3rd round of UCL qualifiers so we could meet again next season in UCL.

As an amateur team at that time Frankfurt have beaten Rangers in semifinal 6:3 and 6:1 and lost 3:7 vs Real Madrid which was a professional team at that time.
