If your phone is being set-up from default, you will need the system password to begin programming the voicemail. You can get this password from your system administrator.

There are slight variations depending on the software you are running, but I believe you'll be able to access the call history from here.

To do so: 1) Select ‘Menu’ 2) Select ‘Operator Session’ 3) Enter the attendant password 4) Select ‘Clock’ 5) Use the arrows on the navigation array to move the cursor to the beginning of the time 6) Type over the existing time using military/24 hour clock

I have the Alcatel-Lucent 8028 from a former colleague. The message light keeps blinking but it's password protected so i cannot stop the light from blinking. Is there any way i could find out what the admin password is or how i can change it without knowing the current password? My office's IT department doesn't know what to do either. Thanks so much!
