José A. Catalán C. All you have to do is make the video play in HD, all the recording are in HD. So in other words, it depends on your internet connection. The controls are in the bottom right of the RUclips video.
Actually, you should check your internet connection speed. Also, adjust the quality of the video by using the gear icon on the bottom right of the video. I record in 1080p hd. That is great quality
Hi. I cannot understand how the message is sent to the HMI. What configuration should be done in Factory Talk? I've watched other videos about the ALMD instruction but I'm not getting it. Thanks!
Make sure the Factory Talk alarm summary screen looks at the RSlinx Enterprise or FactoryTalk Linx server & also make sure the Factory Talk Linx server where the shortcuts has the box checked to use Alarms then go to the HMI shortcut & update the shortcut to use the alarm. Meaning, change it form no to yes
@@ShaneWelcher Goodnight. Thank you very much for replying. Unfortunately I didn't understand very well. In fact, I know that a file is executed on the HMI where the messages are already configured. They already exist and the HMI monitors the trigger in the PLC to determine which message will be displayed. However, when you created the ALMD, you inserted a message only in the PLC, without changing the HMI message list. And when the message is displayed, it is according to the message entered in the ALMD instruction. This is my question. When using an ALMD, what is the trigger configured in the HMI .mer? Or the trigger is not needed? (Forgive me for my limited knowledge). If you have a video explaining this, could you post the link? Thank you very much and I'm sorry!!
Can you share the UDT you built for this?
Sure...email me at Shane@OnlinePLCSupport.com
Thank you
Glad I could help, thanks for watching
Shane can you adjust the focus of the screen? Thank you!
Nevermind. Just Ctrl + scroll mouse :)

Thanks Shane! Did you mention that the FBC .IN should be set to 1 ?
Yes, the FBC.IN has a latch bit to make it high for the function to work correctly.
Low quality video

I teach all of this in depth in my Batching Station course if you want a step by step structure

@@renatoborguignon8345 ALMDs are for alarms & Events in Site Edition...it sounds like you are using Machine Edition
In the case of Machine Edition, make sure you use alarm tags & setup the message in the App alarm settings
