What if Unemployment Department lost your documents and breached the chain of custody? If I give them all my documents, I'm helping them cover up their negligence.

I have a Case pending after waiting 15weeks to be scheduled a hearing. Then I happen to look up the witnesses I requested and found out unemployment has rejected my request to subpoena documents
