At RM's part, he was mainly rapping in English. Also, some of the Jabbawockeez members aren't Asian. The Desiigner version is already out, it's on Spotify and was/is? number one on iTunes. Loved the reaction and how you explained things to him btw.

Kpop has dedicated fandoms because we want to support and give back to all the groups what they truly deserve for their hard work. They really work so hard and are put through so much crap both before and after debut. The expectations to be both slim and muscular/ toned/ healthy, the double standards for male/ female groups, antis, self-doubts, struggling with fame/ self love while in the face of the public.
I love BTS so much, and I cannot express how much I regret not getting into kpop/ BTS until late 2015. They’re the ones who made me want to know more idols, their music, and their stories. BTS’s music and journey are so inspirational. And the members themselves are my role models.
The members light up my day with their bright personalities and their heartwarming relationship. I want to be as good of a friend and a person as they all are.
They help me through my self doubt and self hatred, and their messages and personal stories have broadened my horizons and made me more aware of social issues. Nothing I’ve experienced can compare to what they’ve gone through, and the fact that they were able to persevere through their more difficult hardships and succeed gives me motivation to try to do the same with whatever I’m going through.
I cannot express how much I appreciate having them in my life. Yes, sometimes I take things too far, prioritizing them over more important matters like my education and future. And I’m working on following their advice from Pied Piper to not focus only on them, to live my own life. Yet at the same time, when my life is getting not so enjoyable, they provide a stress relief for me; I gain motivation from them and remember to love myself, to look at myself as more than grades or a nobody or a mask that’s constantly shifting to please others and fulfill their expectations, to love myself for being my imperfect but still amazing self.
I love how they promote this message and several more messages about the struggle of and importance of accepting yourself. Especially at this age when so many of us are trying to find ourselves and are so susceptible to others’ views and society’s restrictions. And also especially with what they and fellow celebrities must experience in their industry.
Thank you for showing your cousin these wonderful human beings who are using their platform to make change. I hope that he will come to enjoy more of their music and support them as they continue flying and spreading love and hope through their music with the rest of ARMYs.
Let’s protect this message and this group and help spread love, especially in this tumultuous time for America and the whole world in general.

Dang girl, you were preaching! I want to thank you for the tangent you went on because those were all things I felt but just couldn't put into words myself. And it perfectly sums up the kpop community in a way not many people stop to think about.
I'm from NYC but live in Japan so I'm doing my part on two shores and my hometown ARMYs got their radar up!! NOTHING will harm our boys, they are too genuine to be tainted, we have been thru enough sh*t in the past 5 years and we are experienced in handling negativity so watch out, ARMY is a global team!

You are me when it comes to BTS. I'll protect these boys with my life. The amount of arguments I've had online defending these boys from antis is ridiculous. People are always jealous and want to tear something down to make themselves feel better. but the ARMY is strong as hell. They may have been the bulletproof boyscouts so they could protect us but honestly, the ARMY is so strong that it's now our duty to protect them American haters. I love this fandom, it attracts such amazing people. I've only been here since Blood Sweat and Tears and it took me a minute to become a devoted ARMY but I'm here now and I've devoted my life to them.
The AMAs were sung live, but the fanchants were too loud. You couldn't here them singing so on the T.V. recording, they switched the audio and cut out the chants. Plus HELLO ARMY FROM 2013!!!

Steve Aoki is Japanese but BTS is South Korean just to throw that out there - BTS does give him some credit for doing the remix but BTS RapMonster owns the copyright to the original song because he's the one who wrote it
