- Kyleigh from Freedom Vans gives a tour of "Elroy", an AWD Ford Transit 148" van conversion built for weekend and extended surfing and climbing trips. It has a removable interior shower, composting toilet, surfboard storage for the interior and on the roof rack of the van, and a beautiful custom headboard to complement the nautical theme.

Do you have link to the Promaster Chongo you mentioned
Hi Laurie! We do not have a video tour of the "Chongo" build, but you can find photos and information about it on the project gallery of our website: freedomvans.co/project/chongo/
I love those showers! It's so practical for a van. Pretty color too and the designs with mountain and ocean is a nice touch. 👍🏾👏🏾
My guess it only works for someone close to 6ft tall.
@@cangal58 Maybe. I think that anyone taller then 6f tall will start encountering problems regarding Hights and " fitting in " in a van.
@@volb9817 , lol. Under 5ft myself, not sure i'd reach to hang the curtain
Your vans are always THE BEST!!! Love the blue steel vibes here and the intelligent design, fully loading this shorter wheel base. Also Kylie is the cutest!💙

Absolutely LOVE this build. The colors are vibrant and everything fits 😌
Another amazing van build
I love this. My only concern would be drying the shower curtain properly so there isn't any mold.
Fantastic conversion! Absolutely perfect.
What shower pan is this? It's the best setup I've seen yet and I'd like to use it in my next build!
Really well done!
Great job, fit and finish!! 😍
Simply Perfect!👍🏾
Nice design 👌👌
Nice work!!
amazing headliner over the driver's seat. was this custom or did you find an aftermarket product that you installed?
Have you tried driving this on soft sand with the tires aired down yet?? I really want one of these but it needs to be able to drive on soft sand
How much would something like this cost?
I have the same question
Nice build! Could you share the brand name of the gray water tank below the kitchen sync please? It looks really neat. Thx!
Looks like a Scepter. Avail on Amazon, elsewhere. $20-$40

Where did you get the table?
I thought stainless steel was non-magnetic.
Ferritic stainless steels are generally magnetic. Its the austenitic stainless steels that are usually not.
Hi Boys 😍💋 💝💖♥️❤️
I'm single 😥😥😥😥😥
Need to work on your speech. You sound kinda uncomfortable.
I probably do- I’m pregnant and breathing and presenting at the same time are a little bit more difficult right now ;)
Horrible Paint job looks bad ...
I think it’s beautiful:)
@@Sparrow0514 K to me it looks like a bad paint job
It’s unusual. I can’t decide if i like it or not. Its a great colour, but i’m not sure i’d choose to stain timber that colour. To each his own i guess. 👍🏼
