Karl, I have been posting this on podcasts but you may appreciate it. How about... Poles has head coach candidates play each other in Madden coaching? Have expert players punch in the coaching decisions. Set up a tournament. Bears did it with kickers. It's more real than an interview.
@@cliffvictoria3863Not a fan whatsoever… I think you could use Madden/a simulation to create UNIQUE events and ask the candidates to give you their on-the-spot answers as if it was a live game situation to test them.
