  • Is it fair for affluent families to receive subsidies for their children's education?
Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim recently sparked debate by suggesting that children from wealthier backgrounds should no longer benefit from subsidized fees at government-funded schools like MRSM and SBP. The goal? To ensure these subsidies go to those who truly need them.
But what do the students and parents think? KiniTV hits the ground to find out their views on this controversial proposal.

Wealthy kids are in International Schools followed by private or overseas universities laaa. Even the M40s are sending their kids to private schools despite the financial challenges.

How do we define wealthy? Lots of RICH family never pay taxes, they don't receive any Salary so they looked like B40, but they have millions of savings and investments, assets under companies etc.
