I really feel like you should gave brought up the fact the characters regularly handle raw uranium with their bare hands. Like it explains a lot. Also; "I think hes the smart one? Did you know that magic 8balls also have the ability to predict the future with full accuracy, however they choose not to because they prefer to fuck with people. Source: I asked an 8 ball as part of convo I had with said 8 ball at a Target when I was a teen (you can use divination as a means of communion with the divination object. I communed with a penny when I was bored in gym class and that’s how I found that out). Also magic cue balls may or may not exist somewhere, that 8 ball said yes but by their own admission they were probably fucking with me.

The point is that she's totally capable of violating it without using her psychic powers.
