She is just perfect, like so perfect there's a photo of her next to the word perfect in the dictionary, okay borderline creepy I know but I dare anyone contradict me! :P Anyways, I just wanted to say it is so rare, in fact this is the first time in 30 years I've ever heard anyone in the media mention, let alone compliment, the crew behind the scenes other than those roundtable or award shows where they are specifically talking about the industry or deconstructing a movie set and talking about how movies are made or anything of the sort. I think it is criminal the crew behind the scenes aren't given even 1/4 of the amount of credit they deserve. My dad was a freelance cameraman and although he was in love with the craft of film making and learning how to use editing software and all the technical stuff, the way some of the on-screen people would treat him just cuz he was behind the scenes and not in the shot and was considered "less important" because "That's not what the people are here to see!" (genuine quote from some people) and the amount of times anyone from behind the scenes are mentioned by the people on the screen and I do a double take and nearly forget that "Oh right, there aren't robots working the cameras, there are actual people behind there!" it just makes me kinda sad that they are sideline so often just because they aren't on screen where the public can see them. I have worked for my dad on some movie sets and interview rooms where they have to get to the venue 1/2 a day before the actual shooting begins where there are heaps and tonnes of stuff to set up and equipment to lug around, and it's just unfair! TLDR; people behind the scenes should get more credit!
