    shihonage doesnt necessarily makes you bent low isnt it?

      afiq radzi I’m tall, so I learned Shihonage by getting very low... but over time I’ve learned ways to express the technique that actually brings uke’s hand high enoug to not require squatting, angling or kneeling (usually!)

      @@guyhagen8335 very nice sensei. We have trouble with one of the student in the dojo who appeared to unintentionally spin out/kaeshi out of shihonage most of the time. We still trying out the best way to rectify this
