A good tip I'd like to share regarding manifestation - You ask for what you need in the here and now. Look to your immediate life circumstances and ask yourself What do YOU need? There is always something you need right now based on your current life circumstance that will lift your spirit. Don't stress yourself over the long term goals or plans! When you ask for what your spirit need right now, you are much more aligned with your individual unique self and unique life.
Another point is to try and ask for those things that'll lift or lighten your spirit. It certainly can be material things but have the focus on your unique spirit with its unique quirks, needs and loves.. Stay blessed

I would like to thank sincerely for uploading such speeches. I come from Russia and we do have a lack of Viannas views. I think alot is ”lost in translation”, not only literally meaning this. Somehow it alot of times feels like a business to make money rather than healing the world...

It’s so good to come full circle to this recording of Vianna. I’ve certified in a few different Theta courses and took a lot of time away because the practitioners certifying us really let me down as people. It’s an unfortunate part of the human experience.
I think the divine timing is now to listen to this conduit directly and rekindle the flame. Some amazing things come from this practice

So it's been 3 months I've been procrastinating. (The procrastination ate more time than actually watching the whole video, yet it was easier to procrastinate, I just decided I'm gonna watch all the videos that I keep my 20-30 tabs opened for) Now I watched it and I had some pain in my body before I start. After the 1st part of meditation, I immediately felt instant relief it went completele gone. On the 2nd part the pain showed up again but wasn't as strong as before the meditation. Now it feels waaay much better so thank you very, very much for this! It's a whole miracle. I don't know what happened so I got that relief. At this moment I still got the pain but it's almost completely gone. ❤️❤️❤️
