- Gonna be honest I was not totally hype for the second season and didn't think I was going to be making a follow up video but here I am! I enjoyed the second season, it's really heart breaking to see how lost and how much pain Alyssa was in. As well as James... both of em breaking my god dang heart.
You know that epic moment when you spend all day editing and you finally finish the video but you don't like it? That's how I kind of feel. I wanted to edit this similar to my original Sweater Weather video bc I want them to be like sibling connected videos but idk! I'll probably be making more James & Alyssa edits soon.

I watched the whole season 2 last night. This season completely subverted my expectations and I fucking loved it. I’m so happy with how it ended and I’m happy my 2 favourite TV characters ended up together. Great edit, thank you

They are the definition of ''being meant for each other'' even if it seemed toxic or confusing, nobody could make her feel happy like James did. And no one could make him feel something, like what Alyssa did.

I wasn’t expecting a lot from the second season because with most shows, it gets worse as more seasons are added. but you better believe I cried my eyes out during the last episode of season 2. the season was so well written and performed. loved it 🥺🥺

yeah, the second season was a very real representation of the fall out of an experience that they had. i was super super skeptical about it but did end up enjoying it. i think im just the type of person to love season 1 more bc thats where i fell in love with them you know? thanks for your sweet comment btw, i really appreciate it

yeah, im actually pretty happy with how they played it all out. very realistic representation of the fall out of what happened in season 1 :)
Moral of thier story: James had lost too many people , And Alyssa wanted to be loved more , they both felt a connection, James wanted to kill her but then got feelings , feelings of love , feelings for her . Alyssa wanted to escape with him . James agreed so he could lure her into his trap . Then he loved her . James thought he was Alyssas protector , but she was his . (Quote: “I was never alyssas protector , she was mine.”)
I would add, dont get stuck in the past

I just finished the serie and I didn't know what to do with my life. So I came in RUclips, searching for an edit video. And here it is.
This is totally what I was looking for. There are the beautifuls parallels that I needed to see again and all the emotion I felt.
Plus, this song is one of my favorites song and Sasha Slaon is actually one of my favorite singers.

edited: wait i just read you don't like it??? it's absolutely amazing i swear! the way the song fits them perfectly and the coloring gives it a really nostalgic vibe to which was pretty much this season vibe and the scenes you chose were perfect everything is perfect, i dont think this could get any better!

There probably won't but I think that s2 had a suitable ending. I wanted there to be a happy ending and there was. Which I heard is even different from the original source material.
The comic ended with James getting shot on the beach. So we got more than was originally given and I'm glad we did.

I love this show and I am not okay with this. Both these shows really depict what we teenagers go through, I can't believe we won't get season 2 sadly 😔 😢 😞 😪 😕 😫 .
