I like how your list just says, forget hand traps, just give me draw power and consistency and it will work. I don't need to slow down my opponent I just need to get my own play going and they will have a hard time.
Well when you have an archetype that has powerful negates and draw power it works. Maxx c isn't necessary most of the times. Look at TCG they don't run 3 ash and 3 impers. Ash and called is for Maxx c and combo starters.

I’ve been running Icejade the last 3 months. Changing to your style, no hand traps, really brought out this deck. It pushes right through them.

Why 46 cards?
Well... with this much draw power engine and in a bit longer grind games 40 cards is a bit too few cards. The answer is to make it more robust!
