Emily Kwok Teaches the Bow and Arrow Choke

In this video, Emily Kwok teaches a nice way to set up a bow and arrow choke from side control when your opponent turns away and you manage to establish a seat belt grip.
In October 2022, the legendary Emily Kwok visited the UK to teach for the first time. Kingston Jiu Jitsu was very proud to be able to help facilitate her visit and host her for a seminar. Emily has very kindly given us permission to post this video from her visit.
Emily is a pioneer of jiu jitsu and a world-renowned instructor, widely known through her “How to Defeat the Bigger Stronger Opponent” series produced with Stephan Kesting. She has an impressive competitive resume, being a two times IBJJF adults World Champion and a mixed martial arts (MMA) veteran, having finished her MMA career with a flawless record. Emily also recently won the IBJJF world championship again, this time in the master’s division.
