  • Filipina tennis star Alex Eala is back in Manila for a brief visit after her short bid in the Australian Open in Melbourne recently. The 18-year-old lost in the first round of the qualifiers to world No. 128 Rebecca Peterson of Sweden, 2-6, 5-7. Despite the setback, Eala is still pleased with her experience.

Alex really needs to IMPROVE on her mobility, meaning the RUNNING here and there on the court. Kasi SPEED na ngayon ang trending. All of those in the top 50 or top 20 ranked players are FAST RUNNERS and MOVERS on court. Anhin mo ang power serve and power return kung di ka naman makahabol ng bola?

i agree with you, she should learn also how to make variations in her shots, she should learn the slice and netting, not just relying on her heavy ground strokes,

But more importantly she needs to move FAST like REALLY FAST kasi SPEED na ang labanan ngayon eh. Si Iga Swatek nag split-split na siya sa court, she is the female Novak version@@ferdinanddumpa9072
