My son was the last person to step off Discovery Island. They had one final day of Day Camp. When Casey stepped onto the boat, a gate closed behind him and that was it. We also have memories of the rope swing at the water park. We're grateful for those memories. Thanks for sharing that book! The new hat works for you,although I still miss those fedorable fedoras. 🇨🇦 Hi Nate! The CNE is going on which is like a big “county fair”. There’s the CN Tower and Kensington Market where you can try a peameal bacon sandwich and a butter tart (very Canadian) But Toronto is very diverse so you can get any cuisine you can think of. Hope you enjoy your stay!
All great spots but if you're getting peameal you have to go to the carousel bakery in St Lawrence market

If in Toronto, you should drive a couple hours and check out Niagara Falls :) But CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium and maybe Canada's Wonderland might be fun for you :)

Omgosh! I live in London Ontario (2 hours west of Toronto) it's very hot and humid here too 😉 Try to visit Canada's Wonderland, CN Tower, and Ripley's Aquarium.
Also, check out the Harbor front, Distillery district, Toronto Island. Try to visit Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, too 😊

Disney is my safe and happy place. I try to go once a year to any park worldwide and it's seen me through celebrations, grief, love, loss and everything in between. For Toronto it would be cool if you did something similar with the Cannoli's in Boston. There is a popular dessert in Ontario Canada called a Beavertail. I've been to Ontario once and totally loved the Beavertail, there are so many different types of flavors!
For Toronto, it’s usually quite hot right now, but we have had an unusually cold and rainy summer. Pack a sweater. The CNE is on (like a fair), but you may also want to venture slightly outside (less than 30mins to an hour) Toronto to Canada’s Wonderland (large theme park with very thrilling roller coasters). Have a great time at Fan Expo!

Don’t worry Nate, it’s pretty warm here in Canada! We are in London, ON, not to far from Toronto and we are heading to Disney World on Monday. Hopefully our paths will cross when you get back to Florida!
We went to Toronto for the first time in June and LOVED it!!!! So much to do, public transportation is clean and efficient and the people are very kind. In terms of food, HIGHLY recommend Tim Hortons for coffee and Beaver Tails for a sweet treat. Absolutely delicious and there is a location right near the CN Tower. Have a wonderful trip! 😁

Toronto can be hot too, when we were there it was hot and humid and we experienced an horrendous storm, my cousin lost half her garden. The Canadian people we found totally wonderful. 🇨🇦 Canadian here. The must dos in TO: CNE (especially the food building), EdgeWalk on the CN tower, Rogers Centre for a Jays game (the dome has a retractable roof), Distillery district, Casa Loma (so many movies have been filmed there), TO sign at Nathan Philips Square, Yonge-Dundas Square, and St Lawrence Market (Carousel bakery peameal on a bun - so many famous people love it including Bobby Flay).
I was listening to this video while doing some work on the other monitor, and occasionally looking over to see what was happening. I nearly had a heart-attack when I heard Nate say "Dino Dig" because that is NOT what my corrupted brain thought it heard.

This is for Nate and anybody wanting to ride front row on Everest. Yes, you can go single rider & request front row. You’ll usually have to wait a tiny bit more, maybe let 1 train go 1st but they will make that accommodation for you. That’s how I ride it literally all the time (& have been doing it for years !). Have fun !

So excited you are coming to Canada!! 🇨🇦 In Toronto you must go up the CN tower and walk on the glass floor. They have a restaurant called 360 that rotates. There is also the Ripley’s Aquarium and the castle called Casaloma that is absolutely incredible! Enjoy. I can’t wait to see where you visit

You will be there when the Canadian National Exhibition is open. It is the largest fair and exhibition in Ontario. The food building has lots of unique eats.

Born in Toronto, some ideas would be the CN tower, Ripley’s aquarium, Rogers centre (Skydome), Royal Ontario Museum (ROM), centre island, the railroad museum, distillery district, St.Lawrence market, and for places to eat, the old spaghetti factory, you’d love it.

Hi Nate. That's great that you will be at Fanexpo. I have tickets for Friday, but not for Saturday when you will be there. You should check out " Little Canada. It's a miniature version of Canada's major city's like Toronto and Niagara Falls. It's really cool and I think it's up your alley. You can also scan yourself and be also a mini character in the exhibit. It is located 10 Dundas East. Right at Dundas square. Not too far from the Fanexpo. When in Toronto, go up the CN Tower and do Edge Walk if you are brave enough. If not, there is also a glass floor you can experience plus lots of great views. Enjoy your trip!
Recommend going to Niagara Falls (and doing a boat tour there) and taking the ferry to Toronto Island Park. You’ll love it Nate!

Canada has great bike lanes and rentals. They seemed to have year round haunted houses when I was there before. Also Canada has restaurants that are in complete darkness. I mean zero light. You are waited on severs who are blind. It’s a unique experience. You can place your order before going inside the dark room or say surprise me.

The African lion safari Zoo just outside of Toronto is fun! Its a drive thru zoo.
I loved the frozen bananas covered with chocolate and nuts that they use to have in the magic Kingdom ❤😊
I found out recently that there's a painting of Michael Jackson in the que of Kali River Rapids because it was his favorite ride at Disney World!
And Beaver Tails... I grew up with the original booth in Ottawa, but Toronto has locations... yummy goodness!! Go with the Classic or KILLALOE SUNRISE!

Canadian here, you should definitely eat at a pickle barrel while in Toronto. I’d also recommend the CN tower if you’ve never been, there’s a restaurant up top. Also the ripleys aquarium. If it’s your thing and you’ve never been, there’s also a medieval times and you should check out Canadas Wonderland, canadas biggest theme park

Go to the Canadian National Exhibition! It's Toronto's annual fair! Also, the Mandarin Buffet at Yonge and Eglinton is nice..they have prime rib on weekends! Also, Canada's Wonderland has some amazing roller coasters!
