Actie van de 41e Eurol Hellendoorn Rally 2023 rondom Hellendoorn en Markelo met snelle doorkomsten en show! De rally werd gewonnen door Bernhard ten Brinke met de Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 van Wevers Sport! Jos Verstappen won 12 van de 16 proeven, maar door een foutje op vrijdagavond (KP6 Mageleresch) verloor de voormalig F1-coureur ruim 2 minuten. Uiteindelijk werd Verstappen vierde, slechts 3,3 seconden verwijderd van het podium. Björn Satorius (Ford Fiesta Rally2) werd tweede terwijl ONRK-leider Kevin van Deijne (Hyundai i20 N Rally2) derde werd.
