In fairness to Saylor, why would he let the market know that he is buying same amount of BTC in three months rather than three years? Speculators would try to make money off of Saylor by front running his BTC purchases. Same reason developers buy the land before announcing the development. To prevent having to pay higher prices to speculators. What Saylor is doing makes business sense.
The price was 473 MSTR , when BTC was 98436 , Today is Microstrategy is 386 and BTC is 106,700 ... I can't tell you how happy I am losing all that money at Christmas, it's so refreshing, I just can't take it

I would assume that most of the people complaining are those who bought the stock more recently, I personally put over 50k into it the day before citron shorted it(mainly fomo). This has tested me a lot but after assimilating many hours of content about MSTR and trying to think rationally and not let my emotions take over I am not that worried. I am sure if I had invested a few months back, before it went up 200% I would not have initially been that worried. To think that this stock, that has outperformed most others, would stop doing so just because I invested in it, during a crypto bull market at that, would be insane. Its the volatility, its hard to get your head around, I think people need to zoom out, look at the last 3 months at least, not 3 weeks.

Hold the line. We've been conditioned to think in USD fiat, not BTC, the appreciating commodity. MSTR's BTC per share HAS INCREASED! If you bought it on the higher side future USD appreciation will come just be patient. Some guarantees, Nasdaq 100 index reallocation buying has not yet hit, the appreciating effect of FASB fair value accounting has not yet hit, and future increases to BTC post inauguration has not hit! Finally, an enhanced balance sheet in 2025 can see S&P 500 inclusion. The result will be MSTR rocketing upwards! Patience is a virtue.
It would be nice if Saylor told us this himself otherwise it just looks like a short attack but there's no press barage of bad news supporting it. He's supposed to be transparent. That's the appeal of Microstrategy. I'd rather put my money into Bitcoin directly or Tesla while he's "experimenting" with my portfolio. OK, so I understand how the ATMs can drive stock price down with perceived dilution. But why does the stock tank when microstrategy announces that they’re buying billions of dollars worth of bitcoin? This has happened in the last couple of weeks. One might even expect that this would increase the stock price But instead it seems to have the opposite effect. I don’t mind it and I am in for the long haul, and I also bought some more today and leveraged my own debt in the way of a line of credit.
Good informational video. I can't stand all of this excessive dilution without them letting the share price run up a bit, especially when it's underperformed bitcoin. I buy microstrategy 2x leverage each weekly paycheck going long.
Great videos, thank you, I’ve been learning a lot from you. My thing as a relatively new MSTR investor is that Saylor has broken my trust. He said he’d do one thing and he’s done another. His company, like Tesla, is far more based on the personality and actions/integrity of the man in charge, compared to other companies. He’s honestly being an idiot by doing this to $15B of new investor inflows. It’s like he’s forgetting his investors are humans with emotions that need to make sense of the world, rather than feel abused/betrayed by him. It’s just a shitty way to treat people and makes me question his intentions about where his shareholders really stand in his overall vision. Are we just fodder for his BTC accumulation obsession, or participants worthy of respect? I’m on the fence now of whether he deserves my money, whether his stock goes up or down. It’s about morals, and for Saylor who is a moralist more than any other ceo/director, it’s confusing behavior to say the least, especially for someone that rails against the dilution of the USD money supply..
Bro calm down! It’s a double edged sword. Just give it time. He can’t let the share price go up in a straight line. Zoom out and see the big picture. Read the room and realize this is a good accumulation opportunity for us long term investors. If you take a longer term view it will help you see the light. How are you trading this? People say he’s going to stop during blackout periods. I keep hearing that it was supposed to happen when he was notified about being included in QQQ. Not true. Now supposedly it’s going to happen when the QQQ redistributes. I’ve also read that isn’t true. What I’ve heard Saylor say, was that he’s going to keep buying and not stop. Have you looked into where he could be forced to sell BTC at? How far under water can he go until his bond holders force him to sell? I imagine he will sell OTC, but that would cause some panic selling for sure.
The debt is unsecured. The bonds are long dated and issues far apart. All but one group of them are past the conversion price. if somehow Bitcoin and mstr share price massively reversed and the nearest one came do no longer at conversion price, mstr would still not have to sell any Bitcoin. They could raise money through atm if there's an mNAV premium, and/or raise more debt to pay off that debt and push the due date back waiting for Bitcoin and their share price to increase again. Their debt is really not a problem at all they have been very smart with the structure

People in general need a longer term outlook. Blackrock and large institutions are still large holders of MSTR. I took advantage of these low holding prices by getting some call options 1 year out. So I have the option to purchase the same amount of shares in 1 year without having to deal with the short term crazyness.

Careful the 2x leverage is dangerous in chop - volatility creep. It’s meant for short term trading it will lose money if mstr goes sideways

As of Nov 20th the MSTR has price dips. And underperforming BTc in past month . Dilution is too high and NAV is too low

What would be the risk for MSTR stock price if we don't get federal strategic reserve bill passed coinciding with BTC and stock market correction sometime in early 2025?
The reason MSTR has gone up in 2024 was pre election they weren’t doing ATM …then Saylor went into overdrive into the ATM…I can assure you that if he can continue with ATM and not do bonds for debt forget buying the shares and just by IBIT or BTC and u will make more money…how much is Saylor’s salary…is he taking a % of the ATM ..nobody knows…one thing to take into account..Saylor was convicted for cooking the books by the SEC and that’s why MSTR went to nearly zero…so once a conman always a conman …Maidoff would still be working if not for the financial crisis in ‘08…as they say ‘Fake it till you make it ‘or NOT …better have a parachute in case u plummet to the ground…by the way QUBT & RGTI have blown MSTR out of the water this year.
