    its incredible amount of dedication to achieve what these people achieved, I know because i am doing street workouts to become like that. I quit weight training because i realized that most of the gym movements aren't really proper real life movements, for eg, u wont be picking up a grocery bag doing bicep curls LOL muscle are more stronger and powerful when all the muscles works together, thats why UFC fighters mainly stay on Explosive compound movements, which includes these workout as well :D

    This isn't Ed it's John. Well yeah what he was doing was his on unique movements. You saying were making a mockery of working out to get youtube views is way off base and out of perspective. It's also rude. We're not making a mockery. Moves showed in this video some people have never seen before. So that means it took a lot of hard workout out to get to that point. This is a highlight video of the event. That's why he was shown in the video.

    its obvious to anyone who knows about training that this will be heavier when you weight more. but these guys still deserve just as much respect as someone who excels at weightlifting or bodybuilding. this shit is just as impressive if not more than the kinda stuff you do. theyre not trying to get huge and be decent at bodyweight shit. they dont care about size and just want to be awesome at doing these crazy moves.

    As from the real coordinate strength, this kind of power is a lot more dominant to your body than weight lifting, granted the powerlifting athletes seems to be more stronger, but it doesn't mean they can use their power coordinate to whole body than these guy, as a matter of fact, these guy are usually more able to do all kinds of sports better than those powerlifting guy

    @officialbarstarzz hey guys I've been doing calisthenics for around 5 months now and I've been noticing alot of improvements. Right now I'm at around 108 push-ups 32 pull ups and 38 dips what would you recomend me do to get on your level? I can't muscle up lever or do any of those crazy core moves yet. Would you recomend me take time to rest each week because I haven't took a day off since I started. Please any advice would be appreciated! Thanks alot! -A hope to be future Barstar :)

    i'm a 190 pounds, broad shouldered, thick legged former football player and all i do is pull-ups, muscle-ups and run now. trust me the strength from lifting does not transfer over to calisthenics i had to drop 30 pounds and stop lifting just to get to were i am now and i still can't do half the shit these dudes do. bottom line these guy's are in incredible shape yeah they're light but i don't see any body builders doing stuff like this. this is more impressive than benching 300 pounds.

    By that i mean increase your maximal, explosive, reactive, and endurance strength. Just because someone weighs more and has more muscle mass doesnt make them stronger and bigger. It's all relative at a point i was able to bench deadlift and squat a lot of weight but ask me to do a backlever and id fail everytime.

    @UnrealSnipa actually this is a pretty lame excuse to not be able to perform these exercises. It def adds some difficulty if your 200 plus lbs , but i ve seen plenty guys over 220 perform good moves on the bar. I' hit a muscle up with a 45lb vest on. Combined with my weight i was pulling 280 lbs over the bar. I can also squat 400 lbs and dead lift 500lbs. No excuses .

    The only fact here is the importance of core strength, which is what most bodyweight exercises depend on, something which these guys have plenty of, and even with years of lifting weights, you may not have.

    all I'm trying to say is the heavier you are the harder it is to do :/ and by heavier I mean they actually have some mass in their legs. Also do any of these guys ever do weighted pullups would like to see some vids to compare

  • @OfficialBarstarzz
    @OfficialBarstarzz  12 лет назад

    OK again i don't know where you get your information from but your wrong. I'm not going to give out stats on our views but your def wrong. How is it becoming a mockery by us showing some really hard moves that people work up to? You call these moves "tricks" thats a joke. They aren't tricks they're extremely difficult body weight moves that takes a lot of training in order to master. I didn't get the memo that you determine what the bar game is about. Thanks for letting me know tho.
