Music for a while. Shall all your cares beguile. Wond'ring how your pains were eas'd
And disdaining to be pleas'd. Till Alecto free the dead. From their eternal bands.
Till the snakes drop from her head, And the whip from out her hands. ~ Henry Purcell
CLARON MACFADDEN is the name of this wonderful Singer - it should have been in evidence, I think. 💖

who is this fantastic singer???? love the mix of baroque and jazz...
she's wonderful: Claron McFadden
the funny thing is the swing rhythm of jazz actually originated in an early baroque performance practice known as Notes inégales.
@@evang2881 Or, more likely, jazz developed primarily from non-western origins, although in its journey came to some similar musical conclusions that western traditions also came to from a different route?
@@antfaz that's a more likely observation
She has a beautiful voice. But who is she and why isn't she in the description.
She is : Claron McFadden.
I'm so confused. I'm not sure if I like this, or not! I must admit, interesting blend of styles.
This mix is a shame... No, it's a joke... Really excellent!! From France.
I’m only watching this for school
Mudou. 😢

Beautiful! But you forgot to mention here the most important thing - who is actually SINGING?!
Yeah, let's hope for the best for poor great Purcell!:-)
Claron McFadden
The soprano sounds a bit dry and weak. And Purcell would never have thought of such a blend.
