I finally decided to do an arrangement of the theme from The Dark knight Rises, why? BECAUSE I'M BATMAN! And because it was requested a lot in my previous video :P
I hope you'll enjoy it!
This theme is originally composed by Hans Zimmer & James Newton Howard.

Love your covers
I'd probably say 1.5yr of every day practice or almost. I've aways had a piano in my house bit I've never been teach how to read piano sheets.
But if you take the time to learn simple songs and add little technical things here and there with in 1.5yr you'd probably be able to play on a decent level. Enough to play a couple minutes even a couple hours a day.
I've got to the point of having the skills to make some of those cool arpeggios, some are harder to do then others but still you'll have fun with that left hand part.
But just take the time to watch midi videos of some song you enjoy. And you'll get there I'm sure. If you enjoy playing, even if you'll probably struggle with the arpeggios in the beginning I've been there too. Just don't forget to take break once in a while too ;)
If you even end up posting some of your progress on youtube let me know, I wanna see! :D

But if you have courage to start by learning how to read music sheets go for it too. :)
I personally can't read piano sheets, it takes me an eternity to read it, but I know how to read bass guitar sheets because it's my main instrument but whatever :P
It all depends on what you want to learn and how effective you practice, don't think to much about how long it'll take. Play because you enjoy it :)

I think you should check out Sins of the Father from MGS5: TPP, but I don't think certain parts would transfer over well to piano.

@@akmigone you can get midi file converted from places like tunescribers or other transcription sites but it costs a nominal fee to do it

I know for several of his pieces he arranges by ear, so I would guess this is by ear.
