well there is always someone 'better' than you, in terms of technique there will always be people that will exceed the boundaries of what is possible on piano with 2 hands, I find that they way you play a piece is very personal and one of a kind and is unique and cannot simply be 'bettered'.

This video and your interpretation means so such to me. It was actually one of the reasons I started playing a piano as I watched it 8 years ago. Now, after all those years, I can play it and this medley will always play essential role in my heart. Even now, after all these years and tons of compositions, I come here from time to time to fully enjoy nostalgic goosebumps. And eventhough you probably won´t read this, I wanted to thank you for this inspiration you brought to me ♥

Oh, you think the darkness is your ally, but you merely adopted the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding! The shadows betray you, because they belong to me. I will show you where I have made my home, whilst preparing to bring justice. Then, I will break you. Your precious armoury, gratefully accepted. We will need it. Ah yes, I was wondering what would break first. Your spirit, or your body.

i don't wanna be a hater or something, but this is a pretty simple arragement (and yes it is cool the simpliest things are the most effective aren't they? )every 5rd grade piano student can learn it just a bit slower he barely changes the notes ( i know i learn it right now). This arragements difficult is in its speed. So please don't compare him to Mozart. Mark is realy good a smooth pianist I admit it, But mozart? He was a genius. It is like compare your good guy high school physics teacher who also smart and knows a lot with Einstein.

***** Hey, nice stuff! I'm curious, how much of this has sound editing? The variance in volume across hands sounds impressive. If that's the keyboard (and of course your touch), I should get one someday :) Also, are the violin-y sounds added later from the keyboard?

it was made for the Nokia trailer for the movie, more than likely a re-edit of Gotham's Reckoning, bit like he did for the third man of steel trailer, the track ended up being called 'An Ideal Of Hope' (a re-edit of What Are You Going To Do When You Are Not Saving The World?) but was never officially released (like the piece you are referring to in your comment, it too was never officially released on the album or any bonus tracks, and I still dont know why either, as its an amazing track.

And yes the p-155 does sound as good as it does in this video.

Thanks for replying, I know about the titles in the description I just couldn't pin point exactly where and in what piece that progression is and wondered if anyone or the person that made the video could tell me.

Why so many dislikes? I can barley whistle these tunes, let alone simultaneously multitask a panel of black and white keys between my left and right hand. If all the dis
likes can do a better job then up load your version. But the bar has been set very high for you :-\

    • @Antrelial

This ain't extremely hard to play, it's just coords, so no the bar ain't that high

I see... glad you pointed out how actually it's just cords. I see how easy it is now for anyone to just pick up and play, no skill there at all. thank you for pointing out the errors in my thoughts about this guys cover, though you did forget to post your easy to cover interpretation. don't forget to up load it so I can be even more blown away by your higher level of skilled piano.

    • @Antrelial

Will Phillips Ok let's go through it shall we. Did I say I could play this? No. You need to stop assuming that you have to be able to play that precise piece to know that it's not very hard. I'm guessing your knowledge of piano is very limited, so, coming from someone who ACTUALLY knows shit, it's not hard. Chords are the easiest for the left hand, just try it out and you'll see. I didn't say everyone could play it lmao

+Mark Fowler Great job, Mark! I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this. You should do a bloopers or fails towards the end of your videos lol cuz in all of your videos you look really professional and it would be really reassuring to know that you're a human after all XD.

Really admire that enthusiasm, it is just piano playing, but the level of energy is enough to shake the whole keyboard. I know it is on a bed, but I can still see that high level of energy output into the performance. Really, really nice. Have been a fan of yours for a long time. Thankyou for bringing us such exceptional piano interpretations, looking forward for more.
