- Elegance meets resilience in this abstract acrylic botanical painting. Canvas size is 18”x24” deep edged canvas. Easy to learn technique using one 4” freestyle brush by liquitex. Colors used are:
Phalo turquoise
Phalo green
Sap green
Payers gray
Titanium white
Blue black by Arteza

Oh, my Goodness, how Beautiful it looks on the wall. I absolutely love the fairy tail blue background. You know how I found you, Marcella? First I discovered Rinske's channel and fell in love with her botanicals. I tried my hand at it, but I couldn't get that twist in the leaves. She moves so fast and I couldn't follow her hand. So I started looking for other botanicals, and Bingo! yours popped up. Thank you for going slower. I learned how to do the leaves, watching you.

Beautiful but it looks too much like a Rinske Douna painting. Same technique. Same brushes. Even the drips.
@@heyalicia2551 Thank you and yes, it’s in the style of Rinske, Novi Lim and others. I am a beginner artist and I took Rinske’s botanical class, which by the way was a great class. She’s not only a talented artist but an awesome teacher. So, yes until “ my style’ develops I will be painting often in the brushstrokes of others. In previous videos I have given them credit and have messaged them personally with what I have painted. I appreciate your comment and your watching.😊
No, I think the single flower is good. You’d have to do 2 more not 1. Have to keep it atODD NUMBERS 😊
