Hi Rakesh, I used a small/med paint brush 👩‍🎨 with White, blue & Pink.
Applied small amounts of paint and brushed them up and down.

@@tonyboomjr Hi my friend, yes it's Acrylic paint and I only use Water if it's too thick. Sometimes I use Floetrol if it's too thin. Thank-you visiting the channel and good luck, can't wait to see your work.
