Since opening of the "Wehrhahn-Linie" the new underground section from Bilk to Düsseldorf-Wehrhahn, the 701 no longer services the section "Auf'm Hennekamp" to "Benrath Betriebshof". The 701 ends two stops after "Karolingerplatz" in "Bilk - Am Steinberg". So this video is kind of a historic document :-)
Wer guckt es sich auch an, um nicht zu vergessen, wie sich "richtiger" Alltag anfühlt? Bin früher gefühlte millionen mal von Färberstrasse bis Kappeler Strasse hin- und hergefahren...
There is a mixed servic on some Düsseldorf tramway lines. On one hand, there are normal tramcars like those of the 701, but there are also trolleys for the "Stadtbahn" which is partially underground and has high level platforms on many stations. Those trolleys indeed look like the C-Trains, since they are distantly related for both are build by Siemens. The "Wehrhahn-Linie" the new underground line in Düsseldorf is the first one, which is serviced by normal tramcars for the underground stations also have lowlevel platforms.
Because There Low Floor and High Floor Trams stopping there The High Floor „Trams“ are not really trams they are like a Metro but also drive on the street so we call them Stadtbahn

The tram should have its own way like the trams in my country, France because this tram in Dusseldorf is slow.
